My mum is really pleased with the glasses. They look great and come in a quality case. Ozeal were great to deal with too, great customer service.

I was hesitant at buying glasses online but ozeal glasses have convinced me that it's defiantly the best way. I recived a new customer voucher which made it even more amazing value, And i could add anti glare which iv never been able afford before. They arrived quickly and on top of that all I have glasses that love and which aren't on the high street. I will be using ozeal again and have been recommending them to my friends (and i got my husband to buy two new pairs for himself !) thank you!

I loved the first pair so well that I had to order more...I paid less for 4 pairs than I would have 2 pairs locally. I was surprised to get the last 3 pairs as I did not get an email (unless it went to junk mail, which it could have). All were packaged great in a nice case with a cleaning cloth. Glasses are all great! Love them and will recommend this place to others.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and both are really great. all came packed very well and had a lovely case very sturdy . This company really goes out of its way to help as I did not know how to send my prescription online and I was helped and was able to do this I cannot thank them enough as the glasses are great quality and great prices .I will order again for sure

I only need glasses for reading and found the prices on the high street so expensive, I was delighted with ozealglasses at the range of glasses and the great prices, was happy with my 50 % voucher off, the glasses came and I am very happy with the quality of them, just get the idea of which style you want from the optician and buy from ozeal.

I ordered some black framed round glasses the other day ,they arrived yesterday ,everyone says they suit me,now going for some rimless ones using the voucher I received with my new glasses.

I couldnt believe the quality if ever you need new glasses this place to go . Such quick service with quick response to emails and the quality is fantastic i put them on and wow like different eyes never had i had so good . Definatly no high street store anymore this is my store and family from now on

My first experience with Ozeal has definitely been a positive one. I was sent emails to keep me up to date with the movements of my order and the finished glasses arrived within a decent timeline. I have already placed my second order and next month I shall be ordering some much needed sunglasses.

Helpful online staff put you at ease with any queries. Easy to use website and ordering process as long as you have your prescription and pd measurements - just pick your frame/s. Excellent price and super fast delivery... My eyes are happy! Thank you!

My glasses were perfect a lovely price and a good service. Would defiantly recommend this company.

Product took ages to arrive and when I enquired the operator was not exactly friendly. I couldn't say she was rude but she certainly wasn't helpful. Staff training?

I didn't like my product but I could have returned it. I gave the glasses to charity instead as they were cheap to buy. To be honest they looked cheap. I went immediately to my local optician and bought a pair of Gucci glasses although I had hoped that whilst the pair I bought online were not designer, they would have suited but it's a chance you take.

As customer service is not good I would not recommend. It's so important and there are plenty of places to choose from if one company doesn't get it right.

Quality products and service at budget price.

Had to send glasses back due to an error on my part.
Amended prescription received quickly with no fuss . I am very pleased with Ozeal and would certainly recommend them.

I ordered a whopping three pairs of glasses. Single vision. Large frames that you can't get on the high street. I needed 55mm lens diameter plus. Go into a opticians and try on glasses and look at the end of the arm to get the lens and frame size that fits you best (00-00-000). Also pay an optician to measure your pupil distance. Most do it free if you ask. They use a little gadget and it's far more accurate than a ruler. This data is needed in addition to your regular prescription. Once I knew all the parameters, I simply searched and found some eccentric frames! I knew they would fit! The results are fantastic. Price was hard to believe also. If you put the hours in in terms of research the results are superb. Thank you for a super product and great frames.

Very easy to use site, very competitive prices, and quick delivery. Will definitely use again.

Only downfall is the 2-3 weeks waiting time. However I'm impressed with the returns service ( got my refund within 4 days of sending a pair I did not like back) prompt and fast customer service.

Great selection of titanium frames, make sure you use the discount codes. I paid around 70GBP for extra thin lenses and coatings. Would use them again.
