delivery time slower than I had expected but glasses great, although specs case was rather large and bulky! will have to buy myself a slimline one.

Absolutely delighted
My glasses from Ozeal are excellent quality for an excellent price. I'd already bought a pair from the opticians and wanted these for a second pair. These, from Ozeal, were under a quarter of the price of those from the opticians, and much better quality! Even the case was incomparable for quality, being so much better than the case I got from the opticians. I will have no hesitation in using Ozeal again for my next glasses and will never buy any from opticians again. I've already recommended Ozeal to neighbours.

Specs - a fashion accesory!
Not entirely a slave to fashion I find myself laying contingency plans if I were not to have a pair of specs at hand because I'm as blind as a bit without them to coin a phrase and in my myopic state I can't see to read the fine print so I'm not au fait with the minutiae of life - it's the difference between ignorance and bliss - the specs now are dictated by the bottle top national health ones which were available on script years ago and entirely free and try as we might current trends do animate the market and a look can say so many things words can't and at these prices one would be a fool not to take full advantage!

An Automatic Shipping Notice Would be Essential
After placed an order (307466876) 16 days ago, I have finally received the parcel today. I've tried hard to find out my order status when there was no information available earlier.
My suggestion:
Please send out an electronic notice to the customer after the item is shipped.

Glad I gave them a chance
I was in two minds whether to order as there were some negative reviews on Trustpilot but I'm glad I went with my gut instinct and ordered. I wanted a pair of "geeky" style glasses as a second pair and the competitive price on Ozeal was too good to miss out on. I ordered on 19th Feb and received them on 10th March so they took a little longer than stated but this wasn't an issue for me. The quality is good and the fit comfortable but as I've only had them a couple of days do that could change!
Overall I'm glad I ordered with Ozeal and I must likely will order with them again.

Totally impressed with all aspects from browsing the website through to receiving my glasses.
I was slightly worried about trusting something as important as my eyesight to a company on the internet, and took many days deliberating over the pros and cons before making my first order. Within a few hours of placing my order I received an email checking that my prescription was complete and correct which increased my confidence that all would be OK.
The glasses arrived in good time, in slightly odd packaging, but to my delight they were perfect. I will definitely be using Ozeal again and will recommend them to any friends and family looking to save money without sacrificing quality when purchasing glasses.
