My experience with this company has been appalling and extremely frustrating.
The parcel collection I booked never took place. When I tried to resolve the issue, the courier service redirected me to Packlink, and getting a clear answer from anyone took nearly two weeks. Eventually, Evri pointed me back to Packlink, but by that stage the 15-day refund window had conveniently expired.
When I finally managed to reach Packlink support, I was simply told that nothing could be done because the policy timeframe had passed. This is unacceptable. The delays in getting proper assistance were entirely due to their disorganised and ineffective support system, yet I am the one left bearing the consequences.
The whole process felt like a calculated exercise in deflection—being passed from one party to another until the refund deadline quietly passed. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability is staggering.
On top of this, I was forced to incur additional costs to ensure my buyer still received their order, while the company refused to offer any goodwill or reasonable exception.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to think twice. Based on my experience, the support system is unreliable and when something goes wrong, you may simply be left without any meaningful resolution.
I do not recommend this service to anyone.
I hope Packlink’s management always receives the same poor-quality.
Packlink eBay IT2026EBAY0000642468
After shipment, I was unlawfully charged an additional amount, with the claim that my parcel allegedly weighed not 0.5 kg but 17 kg. This was a small package containing two RAM sticks, which already makes such a claim look absurd in itself. In my opinion, demands like this have nothing to do with common sense.
The most shocking part of this situation is the company’s approach to the “investigation.” I was asked to provide photos of the parcel with a measuring tape and scales after the parcel had already been delivered. In other words, the customer is being asked to provide something impossible. At the same time, the company itself does not provide similarly convincing evidence for its own claims and simply refers to its internal procedures.
I sent photos of the item, the packaging, and the label several times, and it is already clear from them that this was a small box. But instead of a proper review, I received template replies and a complete lack of willingness to look into the matter objectively.
Moreover, the order was placed through eBay. I called eBay, but the fact that Packlink is their problematic partner apparently does not concern them at all. They do not care, and neither side is willing to look properly at my evidence. Neither one nor the other uses logic, and apparently they have neither the intention nor the desire to do so. Draw your own conclusions.
I hope Packlink’s management always receives the same poor-quality, indifferent service that its customers receive. And if a Packlink manager is reading this: come back down to earth and solve these childish problems - it is easier than you think.

We had a shipment that we paid for arranged through Packlink in Spain, 8 boxes of our personal belongings, which was then taken over by FED-EX, who will no longer take responsibility for our shipment. We were re-directed by FedEx back to Packlink.
We arrranged and PAID for this shipment in November 2025 to be collected from Spain to be delivered to the UK.
ALL of the shipment has been abandoned in a warehose in Spain since then.
ALL of our personal belongings, remain somewhere, Packlink refuse to help us or even tell us where they are we have had appaling support since, numerous back and forth emails, with the need for us to continually repeat ourselves and give information over and over. There is no option of phone call support as Packlink do not speak to their customers.
We remain focused and will continue to fight to get our personal belongings back, some of which cannot be replaced and are very sentimental in worth to us.
We are approaching others to get this company disbanded as the amount of negative/terrible/poor experiences that I have seen since this has happened whilst attepting to get some help is overwhelming.
Companies should not be registered or allowed to trade in this way.
I am approaching an international star, Joe Lycett for his and Channel 4's help in dealing with the blatant misconduct of this company-if anyone would like to add to my experience to gather information and add to the campaign, please contact me.
Pack link are a Spanish based company..no uk juristiction
Pack link are a Spanish based company. If they loose or damage a parcel you send to a customer you cannot to take them to small claims in the UK as they are outside of uk juristiction. I have had 3 parcels lost damaged by them since using them which I will not be refunded for. Dont use them you can use their 3rd part couriers direct and you have more projection.
Do not use at all costs.
Do not use at all costs. (They are partnered with ebay/evri)
I sold an item on ebay a few weeks before christmas and buyer bought it for a christmas gift. Evri managed to loose the item. Asked ebay to help at the end of December where they referred me to evri then evri referred me to pack link.
So I submitted a claim and got an email saying it was accepted on the 30th December and I would receive a refund to my bank account in 48-72 hours.
I gave it a few days and no refund. I chased up and the person on live chat was pretty useless. I asked about why I haven't received a refund and they said they don't know and they have to refer this to their finance team.
I waited a few more days and still no refund so I went back on live chat again and again they were pretty useless.
I asked to speak to the finance department and they said they are offline and don't go on live chat. I asked for their finance teams direct email address or phone number and they said they don't have one and only use email for internal communication.
I went on live chat for at least 30 times between end of December until today (27th February) and every time I've been mucked about.
I asked them to keep me update via email if there are any issues and they never do. It is always me chasing them up and I even made sure to check they had my correct email address which they did.
I also emailed them around 30 odd times and most of the time I would be ignored or passed about.
They eventually replied back saying there was a problem with my bank (even though I have no issues receiving payments) and asked me to supply another bank account, which I did. They sent confirmation and said payment would be iniated in 7 days so I waited another 10 days and still nothing so I went back on live chat several times and again I got messed about and they said to supply another bank account.
I told them I've already supplied two bank accounts so it is obviously a problem from their end and I asked them to send out a cheque or postal order which they said they cannot do either and they can only refund via bank account (which they cannot even do) or paypal. I don't have a paypal account anymore as no one uses it these days. I asked for alternative payment methods which they did not suggest any so I had to make another bank account for them to refund me £15 that I'm owed. (It was suppose to be £23 including shipping but they claimed it is not their responsibility to refund shipping even though they are the courier and are adament ebay have already refunded me for shipping, which they had NOT.)
Please avoid using this company at all costs. They are scammers and should be shut down.
As of today, (two months after I initially submitted a claim) I am still waiting for my refund.
daylight robbery
Keep sending me email with overcharges, I am usually sending parcels under 500g, and I keep receiving email that parcels are over 5kg charging me extra £3 on each
Packline refused compensation for a…
Packline refused compensation for a parcel Evri destroyed by water. Heavy duty box, packed hard with paper packing. Parcel has clearly been in a body of water and said the item was destroyed by improper packing. The item and the packing contents were destroyed by water. Contents of the package is completely irrelevant if the parcel is soaking wet when delivered to the customer. Garbage company. Absolute joke.

I sent some old KEF speakers which I sent on eBay. The speakers were old but very well made with wooden cabinets. I packaged them well and sent them off. The courier managed to damage the cabinet. How I have no idea. Either throwing or dripping from height. Upon submitting a claim I was told the item was exempt due to being antique. I find this pretty disappointing, having a get out clause when the item has clearly been mistreated and mishandled. Customers should be made aware of this list.
Don't use packlink
I'm not happy at all with decision. I called and chat with packlink yodel ebay and everything what I get is refund to buyer I lost item money and time .not very happy and nobody doesn't care from you all you big company's who make millions. case was opened and ebay just decided make their own decisions and stole my money for refund. its ebay responsibility if you work with packlink to help seller as well -0 stars for ebayand team what doesn't care when I chat about problem shame to ebay and I will leave this comment every where so everyone can read how you look after sellers.
packlink making false claims about parcel waight
packlink are claiming 2 single pices of lego were over 1 kilo, and charging a fee. this is now the 5th time they have done this on small items.
its a total rip off and the automated response shows no one actualy reads complaints and replies.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I booked twice the Service. They never came.
Useless as is their customer service
Useless as is their customer service. Not interested in helping you if you have an issue with your parcel but more than happy to take your money
Packlink insurance for loss is a lie
Packlink lost my parcel and both eBay and packlink refuse to pay the insurance, despite advertising that they provide insurance. I will never be using either ‘service’ again.
Furthermore my tracking number isn’t recognised on their website, funny that. When I eventually got through to them they said it’s eBay’s responsibility, and eBay said it packlinks. Best avoided. Scammers.
Direct action is a valid and justified option. In fact it’s a necessity.
Difficult to deal with - Avoiding paying loss claim
Very difficult raising a loss claim, their advisors then seem confused that there is no tracking, not seemingly adding up the fact there's no tracking and it's lost.
SCAM ALERT: Charged extra for a service that never happened!
Absolute disaster and theft. I ordered a shipment for documents, but here is what actually happened:
No Collection: The courier NEVER arrived to pick up the parcel from the sender. The service was not even provided.
Wrong Delivery: Instead of my documents, I received a completely different package (a sanding machine!) belonging to someone else. This proves their system is totally broken.
Unauthotized Charge: Despite failing to collect my parcel, Packlink charged me an additional €16.70 on top of the original payment! They took money for a "weight discrepancy" on a parcel they never even picked up.
Useless Support: Support is dragging the process out, asking for "photos of the original label" - which is impossible because the driver never came!
I was forced to pay for a new shipment via UPS. I demand a full refund for the original charge and the erroneous €16.70 extra charge immediately. Avoid this service at all costs.
Very bad experience.
Very bad experience.
I was charged in a completely abusive way on two shipments, with more than €50 in additional fees for only around 4 kg of excess weight in total. These charges are totally disproportionate and unjustified.
After submitting a complaint, the support agent Antonio N. did not even take the time to properly assist me. Worse, my Packlink account was deleted without any clear explanation.
There was no willingness to help, no professionalism, and no respect for the customer.
I strongly discourage using this company.
Questionable practices, poor customer service, and no consideration for clients.
Avoid.
Wouldnt even give them a 1 star
Wouldnt even give them a 1 star, my husbands wedding ring was lost on an Italian campsite, luckily they found it and I arrange shipping paying their insurance as well as describing ing what would be in the parcel, mistake no. 1. The website should refuse payment and process if they don’t cover jewellery. I was told soon after collection from campsite that the package had been lost and no refund, explanation for why they where it was was give. All they kept saying g was not covered on insurance. VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY UPSET
Avoid packlink at all costs
Packlink is just a price comparison website. Avoid at all costs because when there's a problem with the parcel they won't resolve anything and keep bouncing me back to the courier even after I paid extra for insurance and support. Useless. Avoid at all costs.
I booked a parcel collection via…
I booked a parcel collection via Packlink on eBay over 1 week ago, my parcel was ment to be collected the next day ( evri) but the courier failed to collect, I contacted packlink to explain the parcel hadn’t been collected, so they rescheduled , the earliest date being exactly a week later! I’m still currently waiting for this collection. Like so many couriers and booking services there is no accountability for this, they are difficult to contact via email and don’t appear to have a contact phone number. If eBay don’t stop using packlink I think I will probably close my eBay account. Utter rubbish.
0 🌟 to the 💩company
Honestly this company need to go out of business. Along with ebay and evri, bunch of Thieves, sooner the better for all of us.
