Bought a fedex label. Fedex was supposed to pick it up on a thursday. By tuesday, Packlink had sent me 4 emails stating fedex would pick up the parcel the following day, doesn't offer any other possibility, it feels like i only get automated messages

Packlink damaged an item i sent through…

Packlink damaged an item i sent through Ebay, then destroyed it and claimed it had been returned to me, the item sold for £256.56, Camille and Victoria from thier "Lead Customer Service" team offered me £60 in compensation and made it out like they were doing me a favour! Incredibly poor attitude and I cant imagine being as awful at my job as these two horrible women! Disgraceful!!

Packlink are SCAMMERS

Packlink will try and charge you every six months or so for overweight parcels, and when you contest it they just say "EVRI scales are calibrated" and ask you for photo evidence of the parcel they know you have already sent so will be unable to provide it, yet they won't send you a photo of it on their scales. This is such a money spinner for them and clearly a scam.

Packlink will take your money

It's hard to work with a company like this I sell a small amount on eBay maybe 1 item a day and use packlink for this, I meticulously weigh and measure my items before sending out and so when packlink say an item is overweight and not just by a little a lot and that I will be paying for the extra without a say and that they are taking the funds straight out of my bank.....robbery!!! next time I will leave my door open come and take whatever you like, I entered into a contract you accepted the contract and delivered the item if there is a problem with the weight return the item to me or refuse to deliver the item, don't deliver the item then say poopsie I forgot to say it was too heavy you must now pay us more than double the original cost.....shame on you Packlink!!!!!

They claim the parcel was 1.2kg when the real weight was 180g.

Identical product photo on the scales and in a similar envelope provided, but refused to accept as "not sufficient" because the original envelop different colour. Seriously...?

I have just received an email demanding further payment for an item that I sent on the 2nd December. Dimensions overall was 245.0000, Actual measurements 152.0000, but being asked now for an additional £8.40 +vat!!! I refuse to pay this.

This company needs investigating, dismissing claims even though sufficient real evidence has been provided. Also had instances where they claim parcels are over weight but they cannot show any real evidence of a photo of that parcel weighing over the allowed amount. Scamming company

Purchased Evri delivery via ebay who use packlink. Received a further charge of £10 on a 5kg parcel. EVRI incorrectly measured parcel resulting in an enriched volumetric weight by 73.5% to justify the charge. Not a good business model.

Sellers avoid Packlink at all costs

Packlink is best avoided at all cost.

Despite being set up as eBay’s key partner, their approach is completely different. They have orchestrated their approach to claims to make it impossible for sellers to win claims, even when entirely valid (e.g courier leaving a parcel entirely exposed causing water damage). Their systems don’t work and give errors when you try to submit claims, the evidence they request is unrealistic (e.g. despite the seller having to raise the claim, the photo images have to be supplied by the buyer, therefore the seller is always likely to fail).

My experience with them has been nothing but rubbish. They add charges without due evidence (I weigh and measure all parcels yet miraculously have had x2 claims for excess weight or size, and they provide no actual evidence). They make claims impossible to win. If you are a seller, make sure to avoid this option and instead choose “Simple Delivery” by eBay. Your experience will be much better.

Abysmal

Abysmal. 'Lost' my package and I had to refund the buyer which has left me out of pocket. By the time the eBay claim was put in the Packlink 30 days (ridiculous...) compensation claim period had lapsed, although judging by the comments on here I don't have any confidence I would have got my money back anyway. Meanwhile my package is sitting in their depot, and will no doubt be sold on with countless other items they have classed as 'lost' even though they have the correct recipient address and return address on the labels. Never using again, please avoid if you can.

How can Packlink deliveries be so cheap?

I have the answer!! They just take the money......they don't send the parcel! The best way to do it??
After paying they don't send you a label to print, if you ask why it's because the "carrier does not provide the service", even if you didn't ask for any special carrier. And if you ask for refund.....you mysteriously doesn't have the right reference number, I mean the only ONE reference you have is not right.
Packlink you really know how to be so cheap!!!
