Good personal contact via email and helpful advice for sending some family paintings from the UK to Germany. Great to have the items professionally packed and all the paper work taken care of. Much appreciated help shipping from USA to UK
In the past it was easy enough to send my personal packages internationally myself, but it's been made much more bureaucratic and complex so I found it necessary to hire a shipping agent. Pack & Send managed the job for me and it all went very smoothly. It was pretty costly (due it seems to all the regulations and price rises recently in our crazy world) and not always straightforward to get through to P&S, but overall they facilitated the process brilliantly, respectfully and with the support I required. I don't think I could have done it without them. So thank you Charlie.

Safe, secure, prompt and easy to use
Having used this branch a few times.
Charlie and the team are super.
I use them for auction lots, so they collect the item (paintings) from the auctioneer and pack them up securely. They then dispatch it promptly.
All of the paintings done here have made it over safely, unlike some couriers I've used.
