They withdrew money from my account…

They withdrew money from my account after 3months stating for handling service with was false. Do not trust and anyone using them should check there account to see if they have done the same.

Seamless international shipping experience

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, especially with their partnership with DHL. Filling out the declaration, calculating costs, and scheduling pickup online was super convenient. The drop-off point was easy to reach, the staff handled the parcel quickly, and they even packed everything on-site with bubble wrap. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Tracking was flawless, but the best part – the delivery from Australia to Europe took just a few days. Absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be using this service again.

An excellent service

An excellent service. We came from UK to Australia via the Himalayas and were travelling round Australia before Christmas with family in Brisbane, then travelling, before leaving the country from other family in Perth. We sent all our cold clothes, no longer needed, to Perth and all our Christmas stuff to Brisbane. The company was fantastic - Brisbane to only 2 days from Adelaide, Perth took only 4 since I addressed it wrongly!!!

Efficient

The service is friendly, efficent and reasonably priced. A simple email allows them to colkect, pack and ship my goods, all within a couple of days. I keep going back to them.

Sending Artwork

When you send artwork across the country or overseas it can be a little stressful but pack & send take the worry out of the equation.
Pack & Send is definitely the go to choice for me.

If i could give zero stars i would.

If i could give zero stars i would.
I booked a pick-up on Thursday 21st November under the assumption it would get picked up and delivered Friday 22nd, or Monday 25th at the latest.
Package was delivered 10th December.
There was one failed delivery attempt in the 2 hours noone was at our office location. I called, and emailed more than a dozen times and even offered to pick the package up myself. I tried to get some information about timeline and whilst the customer service teams on phone and email were polite - they were not helpful in giving me any useful information about how to get my package.
I will use another company in future and not one who uses Aramex who give little to zero visibility on where the package is or when it will get delivered.

Poor service from Aramex

Previously I’ve been quite happy dealing with Pack and Send and the staff in the office have been helpful. However, the level of service on this occasion from the carrier Aramex was well below expectations in all respects. I left a box (self-packaged etc) at the Capalaba office to be delivered to South Australia. It took 20 days to arrive. Nearly 3 weeks! Not only was it appallingly slow to arrive, the box arrived in a damaged condition, like someone has stepped on it. The driver(s) responsible for this delivery should not be entrusted with people’s property if they are this slack and careless with their delivery times and handling.

I have given up using the postal service and n Australia.

I have given up using the postal service both here and in the UK. While on holiday in the UK I have sent boxes home to Australia using a courier, the cost is way less than the postal service and the speed of delivery is fabulous. Thought I would try it in reverse, not as cheap as from the UK but much cheaper than Australia Post. Picked up from my home on Monday morning delivered to my sister in the UK on Thursday. Now that’s what I call great service. Many thanks.

Completely messed up

-Scheduled a pick up.
-Was informed AFTER package was picked up that package was a prohibited item and shouldn’t have been picked up.
-Was informed that package couldn’t be returned, so had to organise a 3hr round trip to collect

To clarify, when booking through our online self-service platform, customers are required to confirm that their shipment does not contain any prohibited or restricted items before a pickup can be arranged. Unfortunately, if an item is later identified by the carrier as prohibited, they are unable to continue transporting it — and in many cases, they also cannot return it through their network, as this would breach their handling regulations.

We appreciate that having to collect the item yourself was inconvenient, but in situations like this, carriers must follow strict compliance rules for safety and legal reasons. Once a prohibited item is flagged, the options become very limited for everyone involved.

We understand this wasn’t the experience you were expecting, and we’re sorry for the disruption. If you’re unsure about item eligibility in the future, we recommend checking the prohibited items list or contacting a local Pack & Send service centre for guidance before booking.
