Excellent company
I would have rated it 4.5/5 if I was able to. The ordering was straightforward- I did get slightly confused with the menus when I phoned up. Maybe that was my fault. The paint arrived within days. One issue, I was concerned that there might be some confusion over my order, so I emailed a confirmation. Sadly no acknowledgement. No point in having an email address if incoming might be ignored. Still, no problems with continuing to use this company in the future.

Had some issues with the colours that were sent out, as two of the same tins had very different colours - turns out they were different batches. My partner left a bad review, but I have to say that John from Paintmaster has dealt with the issues really well and sent out another 8L of paint free of charge to rectify the problem. I would say that Paintmaster is a great company (always good to support UK companies) with high quality paint and fast delivery times, but if you're ordering extra paint, just make sure you send in a tester to ensure the exact same batch or colour is matched the second time. They are very willing to help with great customer service.
