I would highly recommend you DO NOT use this company. We tried to sent a pallet abroad last month paying an initial fee. The customs invoice process is very difficult with only a you-tube tutorial as a guide. After speaking to two members of staff we were not able to resolve the issue we were having with the process. I then cancelled the order and waited 3 weeks for a partial refund. Basically we were charged £60.00 for no reason.

We would, however, like to clarify that the video tutorial is not the only support available to our customers. Our team can be contacted by both phone and email and we are happy to assist with the process, including explaining how to complete the form and guiding you towards where you can obtain the information required.
The one thing we cannot provide is the actual information relating to your shipment, such as commodity codes or EORI numbers, as this is information that needs to come from the customer and obtained from the government website. We can certainly help explain what information is required, how to enter it correctly, and where you can obtain it.
We would also like to clarify that our team begins working on an order from the moment a booking is placed through our website. There are therefore costs associated with processing and preparing a booking, even if the shipment is subsequently cancelled. The amount refunded is based on the work and costs already incurred at the point of cancellation and in accordance with the terms displayed at the time of the cancellation request.

Fantastic service. They went the extra mile!
Really great service from start to finish. Gabriela was excellent and kept me updated throughout every stage of the delivery/collection, which made the whole process very easy.
A special mention also has to go to the driver. There was an unexpected issue when collecting the pallet because the pump trolley wouldn’t fit underneath it, and it would have been very easy for him to simply say it couldn’t be collected. Instead, he was patient, helpful and went out of his way to find a solution so the collection could still go ahead.
Really impressed with both the communication and the willingness to help. Excellent customer service and I’d happily use them again.

They took care of all my needs picked…
They took care of all my needs picked up at the door and delivered to my door on other side. There was a problem with the ship it broke down so my package took a long time to reach me. This was not Pallet 2 ship fault. Dan kept me informed of everything that was going on. Everyone was very nice to deal with. Very reasonable pricing I got some outrageous prices for the same delivery. You have to do the paperwork yourself but follow the video and it’s not too bad. Definitely use again and recommend to anyone

Booking process was straightforward, support from their team was also on point ( thank you, Dan). Shipping internationally for the first time can be very stressful, I'm glad we went with this company as their service was comprehensive and they kept providing updates on the shipment movement regularly.

Can't praise Pallet2ship enough
Can't praise Pallet2ship enough! I have used them twice and both experiences were 10/10. I needed to return a machine on a pallet to the supplier for repair. I didn't have a pallet company to contact and due to the value of the machine standard pallet companies wouldn't insure it. I found Pallet2ship online who suggested a few companies who would quote. I went ahead with Pallex and Pallet2ship arranged the collection with no hitches, they even contacted Pallex on our behalf to delay delivery of the machine until the company could take delivery. I contacted Pallet2ship again to arrange collection of the machine when it was repaired and deliver it back to us, again no hitches and it all went as planned. Great service from both Pallet2ship and Pallex, thank you.

This first time importer is very satisfied
After a Google search to find a UK shipping company, I came across Pallet2ship. This was the first time I’ve imported anything from abroad and needed some assistance along the way!
So, after a quick phone call to understand the process, Dan E kept me informed about the steps to take, if any documents were required, or were missing from my side. EG: I wasn’t aware of VAT/Import duty I had to make.
I setup my online account and continued to enter the necessary details. Their portal was very user friendly as it had help videos along the way.
My shipment was delivered a few weeks back without issue
I would highly recommend Pallet2ship for your shipping needs

Its hard to fault Pallet 2Ship
Its hard to fault Pallet 2Ship. I have a small business but have a lot of products shipped to me from various locations. I was away for a few days and the order was being shipped to land on a particular day when i was not available. I spoke to Rafael to make arrangements for the next day after 10am
The local drive was spot on, and today i was contacted again to make sure the delivery was ok for next day.
With Automation its hard to control deliveries and any site based issues, Rafael has shown that this can work and does work, this i feel is being customer focused, sadly in many transactions sadly lost, but is alive and well at Pallet2Ship so happy to recommend
