Very competitive company
The shipping costs were very competitive.
Filling out the required online forms for importing goods from the EU were reasonably straight forward for someone who has done this before, but not for someone who hasn't.
The service response from Rafael was very good.
The estimated timescale for shipment was shown as 5-7 days, it took 13days.

Delivery of a pallet of bottles
I was contacted by the driver to say where he was and how long he would be. He was very happy and delivered the bottles to the exact location, so overall it was hassle free!

Excellent service
My first time using pallet2ship, really easy process and Gabriela kept me updated every step of the way including a courtesy email when it was out for delivery. I had a pallet shipped from Scotland to south east England and it was collected same day and delivered the next, would highly recommend.
