Every time we have visited the assistance and advice has been amazing from the staff.
Last visit we were looking for a selection of outfits of particular style we were able to find everything plus a few extra lovely bits.

Amazing place to shop for children clothes! Stunning range of designs with lots of variety. The windows look fabulous and there is always a friendly and professional service when ever I visit. I'd recommend shopping there to kit out your Children for all seasons.

A super little boutique shop where I have bought all sorts of cool shoes and clothes for years. Thanks for the boots - arrived quickly as usual

Ordered some beautiful £60 heavily beaded boots June 2022. They were delivered with a small piece of rubber missing from the sole and the beads seem faded on one side. I have rang monthly - I am first in line for call to be answered and it will stay this way up to an hour. ? Phone lines unmanned?! I've emailed 3-4 times over the last 7 months. Not one reply. Reporting to Trading Standards and hopefully Ombudsman. This company is clearly FRAUDULENT. After care is none existent - BE WARNED!

Given a credit note which don’t work, tried contacting multiple times to sort it out and getting ignored. Told me where to put the credit number during checkout even though I told them it’s not working no matter how much I try. Then got ignored instead of fixing the issue.

It’s been 2.5 months since Panache kids has taken the money from my account without delivering the order. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, ever since I have provided them with the proof of the bank statement and transaction going through - they are ignoring all my emails. the item I was purchasing went out of stock while I was checking out, so they weren’t able to fulfil the order - yet they are refusing to refund me and instead are IGNORING my emails. How is that even allowed? From this point financial ombudsman will step it, but please please please - any potential buyers, be aware of this fraudulent company.

Placed an order with Panche and the delivery didn’t come and they couldn’t re deliver in time for when I needed the item I called Panche as I was told by DPD they could fix it and they exceeded my expectations they cancelled the delivery with DPD and sent out a new pair with next day delivery with Royal Mail they didn’t have the original size I wanted but they added some innersoles all at their expense! The customer service was amazing and so helpful I have never experienced customer service so good before!

Interesting things for teenage girls. But it's too expensive for me. I only buy from them on sale.
