waiting for them to pick up phone all day re a refund. but NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rubbish customer service ordered an item coming two weeks ago never received on calling manager was rude the first time telling me my visa dispute will just hold everything up I’ve had to wait until a parcel I never received is coming back to them for them to start my refund. I was told twice I’d be called back never was, I will never use this online store again first and last !!!

terrible service!!! returned a whole bunch of shoes - had to pay tracked delivery!!! my return has been approved but no refund and no credit - they claim reduced items cant be returned- which I was not made aware of it did not state clearly on the order at all!! Nobody answers the phone and have to wait a week until some one answers my email - she gives me a credit code which does NOT WORK !! tried emailing back countless times but no one bothers to reply !I I wish I would have at least kept those shoes at least I would have them now I paid for them , paid £12 to return them! and have nothing! It is already 4 weeks ago and still have not been helped - and I have lost so much money not to say stress! terrible service!!! does anyone have an idea what I could do????

Iv been ordering from Panache kids for a few years now & the clothes & shoes are exceptional quality, top brands at reasonable prices, just received another order today n I'm over the moon. Even got my neice ordering now.LOVE PANACHE KIDS ❤

Was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews but I am over the moon with the item I bought. It's beautiful and incredible quality for the discounted price! Would highly recommend and will be purchasing more!!,

We ordered three items from Panache.

1, the Tiara we ordered had brown goop on it, and was not new.
2. the T Shirt was not as advertised, did not have the same picture on it, and was lablled by panache as fora 5 year old, but the inside label sewn in by the manufacturer clearly states it is for a 3 year old. They labelled it for a 5 year old and sticking their story.
3. the legginfs we ordered are also not as advertised and are too small for a four year old.

We comlained by telelphone, when we asked for a name of the customer service person they refused to give us any name. i explained that beofre comlaining to trading standards iam obliged to allow them opportunity to make the complaint good, and asked for name as reference. They hung up the phone on me.
They used the excuse that clearance items cannot be refunded, but please dont fall for this, this is only true if you change your mind for no reason, if the items are fraudulently labelled, not as advertised or dirty and used rather than new, they are refundable, whether they are on clearance or not. If you have issues with this company please go to Trading Standards, I was unable to post the link due to trust Pilots rules, but if you google it they will assist
and advise you on how to get redress for the issues you have experienced.

I’ve ordered a hairband, a tshirt and a pair of leggings for my 4 year old niece. The items arrived today but I am really shocked and disappointed. The leggings was too small for a 4 yr old child. It looks like it’s for a 1 yr old child legging. It’s ridiculous! The same goes for the Tshirt. What I ordered from the website is different from what the company sent to me. It showed on my note clearance with no refund and the hairband was dirty. I looks like as if it’s been worked. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with this company.

I ordered a dress for my daughter, it arrived the dress was lovely but unfortunately was too small for her so I returned it with all tags attached (at my cost) as clearly she was unable to wear it, today I received said dress back with a note saying because it was a "clearance" item it was non returnable. I am stuck with a dress that I have paid for plus 2 lots of postage that obviously is not going to be worn. I appreciate that times are hard for businesses but they are for customers too, I can't afford to be paying almost £30 for a dress that my daughter can't wear because it is too small for her, when I could spend that on something she will be able to wear. I hope the company reads these reviews as I won't purchase anything from them again and neither will my family and friends, I hope they can afford to alienate customers in the current situation as we are all just trying to get by and companies that like these care more about the money than customer satisfaction which is quite sad.

Discusting! , I had ordered about £200 pounds worth of Spanish dresses from here 1 didn’t come! I told them they said they would ring me back. Ever since I have emailed this was April still no answer! Ordered my son and daughter a coat from here.. I don’t understand why
The coat are so small and short! Looks like my 8 year old has a bloody short coat on! £200 a coat aswell! Ridiculous!

I purchased items from the store online which I only received two of my products and they said to me they can’t do anything about it so ridiculous that I ordered from them and they are being so ridiculous to get my matter resolved it’s not my fault I didn’t receive my Goods I’m calling up to get my goods and paying for something I should’ve received so unhappy with the service and the rudeness of the people working there disappointing service will never order from them again recommend no one orders from them because they are ridiculous with their service

I'm a regular customer of this shop for a couple of years now and always been happy with customer service.

I have never been so disgusted with a company in all my life. i have orderd over the past year i orders a kenzo jumper in december which come with the arm burnt i let that go as they give me the credit back. but recenctly an order got deliverd apparently to my which i dont have a porch? They have told me they have pictures of it in my porch but have failed to send me them threw they have been negative towards me when its my 2 year olds daughters clothing then because i stated that i was going to share my situation on social media they then threatened to close the investigation they then sent me a form to fill out which was in fact another customers with her name and details on which i believe they have broke GDPR by sharing that to me. i have spoken to dpd and they have shared the outcome with my sender who still havernt shared it with me they also told me a dpd driver who supposedly put ny parcel in my so called porch would be out to see me today i have been in the whole day and there still isnt any sign of anybody coming! i have every bit of proof of what this company have done uts absoloutly shocking to say the least! in my eyes they are ripping children off!! i wont stop until i make this clear

I ordered the Ugg baby Keelan, glitter ankle boots in gold for my granddaughter for christmas. I have to say they are even better in real life, the picture doesn’t do them justice. They are absolutely gorgeous and at a great price, fast delivery and well packaged. Will definitely be ordering more items... would further like to add, we will be uploading, and tagging panachekids when our little Dolly will be wearing them at christmas.

Had to make a return as the item I order Came realy small for its size however sent item tracked so I know they received the item 12 days ago and no refund,won’t answer my messges and website states once return is recieved your refund will be within 10 days however this isn’t true,won’t use again

Interesting and lovely choice of clothes and shoes, and a nice quick delivery when I wanted some shoes urgently.

I ordered some children's Converse (Radio Blue size 8) on Friday at 9:13AM. On the Wednesday I checked my account online only to see that my order had not been dispatched?!

When I eventually got through to someone on the phone, which took 11 tries, I was told that they had been very busy with orders and that she would go and check on the shoes. She came back a few moments later (after not putting me on hold so I could hear them mumbling saying 'So what should I tell him?') and told me that the shoes I had ordered were out of stock and that there was a note next to my name for someone to call me. When I asked why it had taken them 3 full working days to contact me (or not in this case as I had to call them), I was simply told that they were busy.

The most frustrating thing here is that the shoes are needed for my nephew to wear at my wedding this weekend! Had I been told that the shoes were out of stock on the website, or even if someone had called me on the Monday to tell me, I would have had time to source them elsewhere (as they are a seasonal run, they are pretty hard to come by).

One thing I will say, is the lady that I spoke to was very pleasant, even when I was perhaps a bit irate with her on the phone. I feel that the failure here is in the process that the company follows (or perhaps doesn't have yet), not necessarily with the staff.
