I have been buying in Panamoz quite some Nikon equipment including a Z9, so far, so good, it's not been a year yet, some months, so, I can't tell about longevity, but what I have so far is working perfectly, lenses and camera, delivery was quite quick and well packed.

There’s nothing one expects from an excellent camera shop that you don’t get from Panamoz. Well… we can’t touch the equipment. But that’s it!
The customer service is always helpful even when thrown some silly questions. The prices are excellent. After service is so good they offered me a refund for the reduction in price they had after I purchased the camera. The 3 year warranty is terribly reassuring. By the way, my camera arrived on time, well packaged, impeccable and pristine. As expected but still quite pleasing. In conclusion, 5 stars all around!!!

This was my first order with Panamoz. The customer service was first class. I had read reviews about how good Panamoz are, and a friend of mine highly recommended them too. Communication was brilliant and shipping and delivery was very prompt. I will be using Panamoz from now on. I would like to give a special mention to Tina, who answered my questions promptly and made sure the order got here before I went on holiday. Fantastic service all round and highly recommended.

Ordered the Sony A7V on Sunday night and delivered on Thursday. My package was even delayed by a day by UPS and took a detour to USA. This is my 3rd camera body from Panamoz and been using them since 2020. Highly recommend.

I have made two significant purchases from Panamoz. Both have gone smoothly. After making the second purchase I realised I had bought an old model lens. I was able to return it, pay the extra forf the newer version and received it without any problems. Throughout all my purchases they emailed me to make everything was ok or to check any requirements I might have and I always dealt with the same person. All my dealings with them have felt very professional.
I have no issues with the equipment I have bought which has all been exactly what I would expect to receive. I will keep buying from them.

I came back to them with an issue with a camera I bought over a year ago and they still paid to have it repaired! Panamoz really kept their word and fully reimbursed the cost of fixing the camera even after the manufacturer’s warranty had expired. Absolutely fantastic service!

I purchased a Nikon Z8 from them and I always received fast and clear communication in response to every email. Despite the Christmas holidays, the product arrived earlier than expected. A really pleasant surprise. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I was hesitant to buy from the grey market, but I have bought used items from ebay before and was a little disappointed with a sigma lens, so I figured why not go with Panamoz since it seemed like less of a risk than buying second hand off someone.

I am in the UK and the product arrived swiftly, within 6-7 days and even including Christmas and all the business around it. Both my sony ZV-E1 and my sony lens arrived and appeared to be brand new. No little scuffs or anything of that nature. Customer service was quick and responsive (thank you Tina!) and I am already looking to continue buying from them. My camera was able to be firmware updated and registered to sony. I was able to switch from the EU frame rate to USA frame rate for 24fps instead of 30fps. So basically any fear that I had with buying off of Panamoz has been dissolved.

My camera did have an overheating issues when updating the firmware, I messaged Tina and they offered to return and replace the camera, but after the initial firmware update I haven't had any overheating issues.
