I have used Panamoz about 6 or 7 times now, cannot praise them enough, I had to use the warranty they offer on a canon battery grip that developed a fault after approximately 2 years, got in touch with them and explained what happened, they told me to send it off to a repairer of my choice and after it came back unfixable I spoke to Panamoz and they send my money back IN FULL for the item. When I place an order with them they remain in contact at all times, reply to emails within 15 minutes usually, and are always very professional, my current order of an R5 mark ii is almost £2000 off what some retailers in the UK are charging, WEX are charging £4499 and Panamoz are charging £2560, that's an unbelievable price, just shows how companies in the UK rip consumers off, I'll never buy from a UK company again

Delivery is prompt and exempt from customs in the EU, support is kind and will go up and beyond to help you with any issues, warranty is 3 years which is on the longer side compared to the competition, and returns are hassle-free and paid by the company. I have nothing but good things to say for Panamoz.

I ordered a Canon R5 II from Panamoz. At first I was a bit hesitant about this because I always order this type of equipment in my own country (the Netherlands). But after hearing good experiences from people I know well and the price difference, I still ordered from Panamoz. An important reason was also that there is a 3-year warranty, so you can take your camera to a Canon dealer in your area.

The camera arrived (being kept well informed by Panamoz) and after testing it turned out that some things were not functioning properly. This can happen, but I think the follow-up process that happens is important.

Of course I contacted Panamoz. I immediately received a response with apologies and possible solutions (take it to a Canon dealer or return it).

I chose to return the camera and I received the DHL labels from Panamoz very quickly.

I sent the camera and let Panamoz know the same day. Immediately an email came back saying they had already sent the new one! And it also arrived after a week. This worked well and I can only give this company a very good review. Top in communication and very good and fast in solving the problem. Chapeau!!!
