Very good app

Honestly very easy to use app. They often give rate fee coupons and its easy to transmit from overseas to alipay or weixin. Credits almost instantly. Been using it over remitly due to better fees.

It's easy to operate on Panda Remit pages and only took me 3-5 minutes to register and finish my first remittance. This fluent process is more efficient than bank transfer or other APP products. And you can trust Panda Remit with money safety. I never met any security problems thanks to their team.

I'm really satisfied with Panda Remit as a long term user with its better exchange rates, lower fees and user-friendly operation. It has all mainstream currencies to fulfill my remittance needs. And it's very easy to click on its APP pages. I highly recommend it to any friend who needs to do cross-border remittances.

I spent two days waiting for a transfer on an account that I registered and using far back during COVID times. I had to prove that my Chinese name is equal to my Chinese mando alphabetic spelling and the customer service just keeps telling me to wait for 1 business day after 1 business day for such a simple problem. I never had ANY such ridiculous holdback with other remittance platforms. Panda remit in 2025 should be avoided at all cost. I will be escalating a complaint with the authorities should this not be resolved and am prepared to take this company to the small claims court

Panda Remit customer service really gave me a big help. I always used bank transfers to send money to family. But one day they were in an emergency that couldn't wait that long. I contacted Panda Remit customer service and the agent taught me how to bind a bank card, bind a recipient, how to receive money. Thank you agent 8000 for solving my problem.

Panda Remit gives a really good exchange rate (euro to Vnd). The process is fast and convenient. Just a note: if you use bank transfer method then maybe don’t do the transfer out during the weekend or office hour since it might delay the process. Otherwise everything works great! Highly recommended!

Have been using Panda Remit for more than 2years... Best rates and transfers are done in less than a minute.. + they didn't charge fees for the counties i transfer to... moreover..they always have discount coupons every month... Highly recommended

Support attitude is horrendous. They copy and paste messages and don’t do anything to help. “Instant transfers” take hours and up to a day. Just withdraw money at an ATM

I’ve been using it for quite some time now. Exchanging CAD to various currencies. No issues at all. Rates are much better than those offer through the bank. Transfer time is also quick! Would recommend to friends.

I've never met any security issues with Panda Remit. It's really safe. I can send living expenses and festival envelopes easily with Panda Remit APP. This product facilitates my overseas life to a great extent. I sincerely recommend it to friends who have the same needs.

First time using it, the verification process seems fair and fast enough, but the process takes so long as I am sending money from GBP to China. Then this fund got stuck and their customer support system is also lagging and inefficient. It has been 2+ hours yet I still have not received anything yet. They might have a one-off voucher that gives you the best exchange rate, although things are really slow and the process is really annoying.
