Mmm.... I order from Romania (inside EU), so my review applies only to my particular experience. I bought from them in the last 2 years 2 phones, 1 GPS and several small gadgets. They are ok. Right now I have an order on the way (a tablet cover and a solar charger). They are supplying all the products from mainland China, so it takes a lot until the products reach you, but I always was provided with a tracking code of the parcel so I always knew where my package is. Usually, with ordinary post, from China to Romania the shipment takes 2 weeks +/- few days. I was very happy with them, I really don't understand why they have such an awful rating...

Nightmare! They sent me Tablet with screen defects, which should have been easily noticed. They require me to pay for return to China which cost almost as much as Tablet! I paid for tablet 2 months before I recieved it and the firmware is incomplete and thier instructions to fix or update does not work. They will not give me instructions on return....I just bought a $200 paper weight!

They told me that the Ainol aurora that I've ordered mid-january was out-of-stock three weeks later but it was in stock when I ordered. After that they told me that they have it in stock but needed 1 to 2 weeks to prepare shipping. I've cancelled my order. I had better service with Ownta.com

Sonradan öğrendim ki bir tek benim başıma gelmemiş. Ainol Auroa aldım tam bir ay sonra stoklarda yok stoğa girince yollayacağız diyorlar. Yuh artık! Boşluğuma denk gelse kesinlikle param yanacak paypaldan case açtım da öyle zar zor aldım paramı.


They sold the item. After a month they say we don't have Ainol Aurora! Dude! Why do you sell? Why do you not inform? Or... Do you realize that you don't have the item after 1 month?

Ordered a NOVO 7 over a month ago. Emailed them to check the status and got a reply, "Oh that item is out of stock. We will send it to you when we get it in." Could be six months from now for all i know. Nothing on the website about it being out of stock or when I placed the order. I should have known better when Chase called me to verify the transaction.

They are thieves!!! I ordered a tablet from them and one from their sister company China TenQ in October. I cancelled the Pandawill order on the same day. Pandawill sent a confirmation email and refunded the money to my paypal account. It is now January 2012 and I received an email stating they are about to send me a tablet I cancelled over 2 months ago and are going to charge my paypal account! I had to get with paypal to ensure these crooks could not access my account. This was no mistake. The tablet I had received from China TenQ (that I had not cancelled)quit working after about a week (and 5 short uses.). I had to fight China TenQ through paypal to return it and get a refund which took about 2 months. Now a couple of weeks later their sister company is trying to get the money back out of me? A coincidence? Not likely. These companys are only after one thing. To take your money and give you their junk, even if it's through theft. DO NOT order from them and DO NOT give them any of your information!!! Take it from someone learning the hard way. Buy through a reputable, honest seller...it's worth the few extra dollars to NOT get ripped off!

Mke a order in pandawill, i paid dhl express( 3-5 working days )- 20€ ,and spend 180 €,
pay by paypal ,after sending 20 e-mails they answer me after 1 week, saying the track nr. and to item where not available,after they say they didn't do it anymore (2 cell phones -98€ of the order )
after 2 weeks dhl ask me to pay 144€ to get the order from costumes ( without the cell phones) ,send it back ,but dhl say the merchant don't want to pay the return transport, so is ''lost'',ask pandawill to refund me the money from cell phones, send the e-mail 10 times ,no answer and no refund.bad ,bad,bad company ,don't buy from china,you can not talk to them, they don't answer your e-mails,you're agaisnt a wall !

Item doesn't work contacted support they cant mend problem but wont give refund. Only offered 5 percent off next order which if the thing you brought doesn't work you wont buy anything else off them. Company offers no guarentee dont waste your money on this site

I bought A7 GPS Windows CE 6.0 WIFI 7" MID Tablet PC on Pandawill. It arrived a few days late, but the main problem was that it died in 2 hours and wouldn't start (having bought archos 101 afterwards I wondered how poor quality, namely desighn, ergonomics and ofcours just abillity to work, of the stuff Panda sells). After 3 emails I got a return number and sent it back "using the cheapest post mail serive", which meant no traking. 2 months passed and they got nothing, which means EUR100 lost on my side. Will stay away from them.

Ordered a Haipad for my wife’s Christmas.
Took 3 weeks to arrive. Item arrived with cracked screen although the package was not damaged.
I paid $25 to ship it back. Although Pandawill promised me to reimburse for the shipment ... they refused to pay back the shipment costs.

Second order arrived yesterday.
This aPad has a bad contact and only works when you squeeze the unit. I send 4 emails to customer’s service but still no joy.

I was always happy to deal with Chinese or Singapore companies unit I dealt with Pandawill.

This is the WORST shopping experience I ever had !

The order was placed 40 days before Xmas and shipped one week later. It was supposed to be a Xmas gift for my buddy but seems never to come. Contacted customer service one week before Xmas but they said it's normal because of the busy transportation in this season and told me to wait 2 more weeks. And if you want to buy from this website, pay your attention that paypal has a 45 day limit for opening a dispute. If I have followed their advice and wait 2 more weeks, it will never be a Xmas gift and possibly I can never get my money back. Fortunately I opened the dispute at the right time and finally got my money back. After that I was demanded by their customer service to pay honestly if finally the item arrives. That's ridiculous! You pick up yourself, PW, I'll never buy again!!

we have good experience on this site, i know many other good seller,such as pandawill.com, lightinthebox.com and gowetrade.com.

Very poor sevice, they lie a lot about their items and stock, never fast delivery is all propanganda, real customer will tell you to avoid that place if you don´t want to be screw. Spanish droppshipper disapointed. I´ve been waiting for my phones 10 days and for the momment all i got is two clients very mad and 2 negative points in Ebay

This company sucks the cellphones that I ordered are defective most of them and they are so hard to fix them or exchange them so becareful.

i had many bad shopping experiences on China online store, but Pandawill.com never let me down, they gave me big surprises, thanks very much!
