I wish I had read the comments on here before ordering from them. I received a post office tracking # but only said requested a parcel pickup. That was 1 month ago -- and yes a mother's day gift it was. I contacted the company and they changed names to “APHRODITE’S and are saying they will send another one out free of charge but hey -- it ain't free when I paid for it a month ago. I'm going to ask for the tracking # again and if it hasn't been provided I will have to go thru my bank to get money back as a scam.

I would not even give a 1 star if that was an option. This company is a lie and scammer. I ordered a "SET" of daughter necklaces that were a special, instead of 1 necklace, you got a set of necklaces. I order them over a month ago and my package came in pretty quickly. The
problem began because there was only 1 necklace in the package. I immediately emailed the company. They had me send them pictures of the content and order, which was ridiculous, and also requested a picture of the packing list, but this couldn't be done because there conveniently was not a packing included. Since before 5/17, I have been lied to getting the run around. They have apologized, said it would be corrected, and it's now June 8th and STILL no necklace. At this point I have decided to accept the fact I was scammed by this company and I won't be getting the 2nd necklace that they apparently falsely advertised. Shame on you Pandora's Box for being a liar and thief (as far as I am concerned". It's companies like that give online companies a bad name. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering because I would have sought out a more reputable company and not ordered through this dishonest one.

I ordered a bracelet for my mother in law for Mother’s Day that was guaranteed to be shipped to me by Mother’s Day which was May 10th, and it is now June 5th and I have yet to receive the bracelet. There was an issue with the picture I sent them but they never reached out to me to tell me there was a problem I had to reach out to them. I sent them a new picture 3 weeks again and still nothing. I have contacted them many times and keep getting told it’s in production. Got an email last week that it should be shipped out at the beginning of this week and I would get shipping confirmation and I’m still waiting on that, and it’s the end of the week. I’m beyond angry right now. My husband passed away in January and I just wanted to make my mother in laws first Mother’s Day without him something special now almost a month later and I still can’t give her her present. I will never ever order from this company again and I highly recommend no one else does. They have had my money since April 27th and I have received nothing. Rip of artists is what I call this company! Don’t buy from them they just steal people’s hard earned money!!!

Ordered 2 bracelets from this company after checking their website reviews (they were all 5 stars; should've known something was wrong). I received the bracelets quickly but they were both poor quality. I emailed customer service & they said they would replace or refund as long as I paid shipping for the exchange or the return. They would provide shipping label for return but would not tell me how much they were going to charge for the shipping. I'm not giving them any more money to send me more poor quality items. I've been leaving reviews about my experience on Facebook but now they've blocked me. So no way are they a 5 star company.

Love my necklace! It was shipped a day early what more can you ask for. Yes I will be shopping again. Wish I have got the necklace a little long , but it's all good. Thanks again for the early arrive.. See you soon I love it..

I purchased an item two weeks ago and have yet to receive it after paying. The USPS shows the item has NOT left their facility in Florida. They are now ignoring emails asking for the merchandise or refund!

My mom purchase in December, is June and since January they just told my mom that she should contact her mail service locally as they don’t have control after arriving to my country ... what? Terrible experience, fraud, never buy from this site!!!!!

Fraud Fraud Fraud...... I'm not sure why Facebook allows this fake company to advertise and steal from hard working people. My husband ordered me a Mothers day gift one that has yet to ship to us. Looking over the limited shipping info it says it shipped out of Memphis Tennessee on May 13.... Hello it's June 1st and we have received not a thing. I'm pretty sure the few positive reviews are fake on here and the FACEBOOK PAGE AS WELL.......FRAUD DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.......

I am still waiting to get through to customer service. I haven't receive my items purchased over 3 weeks now that said it was shipped.

Was told that it takes 3-6 days to receive your order. It took about 2 weeks to get my order and when it came it was missing an item. Sent a message online via messenger and notified them of missing item, haven’t received a response back.

Honestly, I like the quality of Pandora Box Inc jewelry it comes right away in a few days even during this Pandemic and I even feel like I have a friend there for me to ask any questions at odd hours since I've been staying up late lately. Like from 2 to 6 am! I got a bunch of cute things from them already and I love it! Sterling Silver earrings and rings and bracelets and the most beautiful solid butterfly bracelets for me and for my daughter. I sent to make personalized bracelets for Mother's day for me and my mother. Wow a bunch of cute things that come in the most cute jewelry boxes to store away too when not using!!

Fifteen days and still waiting. I'm very disappointed with this company so far. I've had a tracking number for 14 days and nothing appears to have shipped. Although I'm still waiting for a response to my email, they have no problem sending me emails with advertisements for more purchases.

Mine finally came but it was my fault I put my mom wrong address for delivery! I ordered it April 17th but like i said it was my fault! Ill be bk after i pick it up with another review

This company is NOT HONEST. They delete your comments if she'd them in a bad light, they don't respond to any form of communication. Zero customer service, and they are taking people for their money. Its been 13 whole days since my order was placed and I have nothing. I have a tracking number that doesn't give me any info on where or when I will receive my items. Thats completely unreal. Trust me, HARD PASS on this company.

I wish I could give them 5 negative stars. Please don’t waste your time ordering from them. I order 3 weeks ago still haven’t received a shipping number. Order was suppose to be here before Mother’s Day and I haven’t received anything. I have emailed, Facebook messaged, and called, and still nothing.

I’m writing because I’m trying to find out if this is the same as Pandora? Are these two different companies if so bummer I thought I was ordering from the original pandora store. I even googled it and this is what came up first. Not a cool thing at all!! Is this not Pandora?

I received my charm bracelet and I love it! It came in the cutest box. It took a week to arrive, not bad! I would recommend

I must be one of the lucky ones. I ordered it last week and it was delivered in 3-5 days. Ok 1 day after Mother’s Day. But my wife loved the a 3 ankle bracelets. If I may say so they look beautiful.
