I got my order just fine. Love the bracelets and as they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to Brazil.

Worse experience
I have ordered 3 " tree of life" bracelets on 25th Dec and still not received them
They were supposed to be a gift !
Lots of emails going backward and forward but in vain claiming they can't find the address bearing that I had an Amazon order to the same address and it was sent on time
Supper bad customer service. I have tried to call them but can't get through
I doubt anyone of the team is courage enough to answer me here
Not refunding the money or even sending the order !!

My money is now stolen and it seems I need to have a legal action.

placed my order december 19 never came was told on way several times finally told order delivered not at my address trying to get a refund would advise dont deal with this company co men

I placed my order on January 14th for my lady tree of life breacelet an I too was worried becuz I didn't check the reviews before purchasing an seeing that others saying they haven't gotten there package,or sumthing was missing outta they order an I couldn't get in touch with customer service at all,but my packaged did arrive January 18th just as my text msg said it would an everything I ordered was in the package ...so good luck to ever one....

Firstly, after I ordered I read all the complaints and got scared, so I emailed them with my concerns and I called during business hours also. No response to my concerns just email about shipping and I emailed them several times. I even checked with the bank to see what I could do because I'm nervous now. I kept track of my jewelry and it actually got here in a timely manner. Maybe it's because I was a squeeky wheel! Not sure!
The jewelry is alright, probably not as pretty as the picture but it's fine. It hasn't been worn yet so I don't know how it will hold up.
Secondly, here is a message to the company. If you care about your business, you should answer every message you get and reassure your customers, and if something is back ordered say so. Don't leave them hanging! You not answering your phone calls and emails looks suspicious and if you want a good reputation you need to respond to these people. Get an answering machine so you know who is calling and answer those emails, if you aren't scamming people, why wouldn't you want to fix this?!?!
People are calling you scammers, you rip them off etc... Prove that you care and you won't loose customers. I don't plan on ever using your company again, and it's not because of the jewelry, it's because I can't trust you based on all the complaints and because I emailed you and called and no answer to my issues. Good luck! I hope you change your business tactics!!!

I bought some bracelets for a Christmas present and when they arrived 1 of 4 was broken. Took pictures and contacted them and they told me they were sending it to there Dept for either sending me a new one or refund. I have not heard anything from them. Every time I contact them they say they'll get back to me. It has been a month already and All I receive is their advertising

I wish I could rate them in the negative rating. Worst customer service ever. They are scammers. I only received 1of 2 items I ordered. Contracted them many times through email and messenger, no one answers at given contact number. I don't understand how they can use Pandora's name and not be held accountable. Do not order from this company I wish I had done my homework before ordering. I may not ever receive my order or get a refund but hopefully this will save someone else from making the same mistake I did ordering for Christmas and be disappointed.

Unfortunately I had to give them a 1 star to write a complaint. I ordered heart earrings on 12/26. Got notice they were on way to post office, label being written. That was it. Nothing more. I contacted them, gave me a bullcrap story, will send another at no charge!! REALLY!! The scammers have already charged me for an item I never received. Still to tracking #, no item and I have repeatedly asked for my full credit...they can shove the item...and I’m getting NO response. This place is a scam. They steal your money and give you nothing.

Would not even give them 1 star my husband ordered my bracelets on 2 December they took money on 3rd December when we have got in touch they told us they had been shipped we are now on the 12th January and are still waiting they told us we would get a full refund in 3 to 5 days rubbish they then told me it was in transit so could not refund when we finally got a tracking number it says sent on the 7th January would not even reply to my messages

I received my 2 orders of pandora’box today.
The first word I received from my niece is “you got scammed Auntie!”
My excitement from waiting for this product to arrive and from having my first pandora set just thrown away.
What a waste of money and I could bought a descent gift to my family.
Always read the review first from the sincere customer and never trust this company ever again.
I want a full refund of my money!
I hope you guys happy from doing this!

Made an order in November, still waiting for the product to arrive, they wont even acknowledge my emails. I have been scammed by this company....DO NOT buy from them

Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an order December 1 they charged
my account still have not received my order. It is now January 3. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Cannot get an answer, no matter what I do. they do not answer their phone messages nor can you track your order.

0rdered white rose bracelet for gift. Tried it on broke before it was over my hand. The elastic used was thinner than a normal rubber band. Shoddy workmanship. Contact at first was very timely. Wanted credit to my card and offered to return damaged merchandise. When I threatened poor review to Facebook ads and to contact cc all communication stopped. Have reported them to the BBB in Florida

I got as a presant but listening to half these reviews, I've read about my bracelate it states they are of gold, silver, and rose plated so why would you moan over somethink that says its not real its plated so for the amount paid its decent and very pretty I'm 😊

I ordered a set of 3 "tree of life" heart bracelets for myself. Received them in 4 days! I was so pleased I went back and bought 3 more sets for gifts. They come in beautiful black and gold gift boxes and make a lovely presentation gift for special friends and family. You will be very pleased!

Over time companies improve from past errors. I have read some of the company's reviews and there are some unhappy customers that have given bad reviews but my first time experience with this company was a good experience. I made my first purchase with them and when my order arrived I had missing merchandise. I called and called no answer but I did have to leave a voice mail. I then sent an email to the company. Not only did I get a response from my email I got a call back as well. To make a long short I followed their instructions as I was told and they stood by their word in solving the problem and got me my missing merchandise. When a company can honor their word to their customers they deserve 5 stars.

wish I could give them a zero! I want to issue a warning to everyone about a company called Pandora's Box. They sell jewelry, and it's beautiful; however, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! I have ordered from them three times, so far they have messed up two of the three orders. They will only e-mail you, and it takes a day for them to get back to you. Not only do they want all the information regarding the order, but they also want pictures! I was missing an item, and they want photos of the other piece I did order! This has been going on for almost two weeks now! The second shipment was a necklace to my sister. She got three bracelets! Don't use these people; they don't stand by their product, and it feels like a scam company, here for the holidays, then gone! Buyer Beware!!

Don’t waste your money, products are so cheap and have not return!!

1 star is too much for the absolute rubbish they are selling. Cheap disgusting jewellery that is not with 1 cent.
