They stole my money never got my items some has to call the police department to report this people they are steeling money on line I will contact the authorities on them

I received my jewelry 2 days ago and I am happy with it considering the cost was under $50 for 2 pieces. I ordered the 3 piece set of ankle bracelets and the 3 piece heart bracelet with Austrian Crystals, I received them within 1 week and half and they are beautiful. They updated me every step of the way with my delivery status. Now grant it, it is costume jewelry so they're not made to wear everyday. Some of the other reviews are bad, but think about it, the jewelry is pretty and inexpensive...if you want the real thing then shop at Jared's! Lol

I had ordered a necklace for Mother’s Day in the 27th of April and I got it today, so that was good news. But when I opened my package to see it there was no necklace inside just the pandora box and a return slip. I’m never ordering anything from here!!

Wish it could be a negative 50. Customer service is horrible. I ordered a mothers day gift on april 27 (guaranteed delivery by mothers day if ordered by may 2). Nobody csn tell me where my order is.... ive sent 3 emails. Had 2 chat conversations that are abruptly ended without answers and called 4x and was hung up on... mothers day is 2 days away...very disappointed

Do not order from this company!!! Horrible customer service!! I placed a order a month ago so I could have jewelry for Mother’s Day. Earlier this week I go to check on my order and they said some was sold out. A month ago when I placed my order the items wasn’t. Every time I spoke to someone it was another lie! Horrible company! Please do not order from them!

4 orders from this company. 2 orders were delayed weeks due to them selling me out of stock items. Cheap price, cheap feel to the cheap jewelry.. customer service is horrible. lies apon lies... very stressful.

I order 5 items and got only one. And by the way, the quality of the item is horrible! Nothing like the picture. Very disappointed! I try to call the number they provided and every time I call I get the answering machine that an error has occurred in the application, what the hell is that about! Never again will I order jewelry. Plain and simple “It is all a SCAM!” Am just sorry that I can’t do anything about the money I paid🤬

People please do not order from this scam of a company. I ordered my daughter a personalized bracelet with the picture of her and her son's for mother's day. This bracelet is so cheaply made that there is no way I'm going to give it to her. It's nothing more than wire twisted into a bracelet. When I contacted them their response was because it's personalized no refund or exchanges. I'm am so disappointed. Now I have to try to order from somewhere else and hope I can get it before mothers day.

I ordered my stuff, and received it in 3 - 5 days, not sure what happened with others.

Ordered 2 bracelets from Pandora's box which shows a Canadian address. Received 1 bracelet from China 6 wks later. Customer service said missing item would be shipped but received no tracking #. 2 weeks later registered a complaint with Paypal. Received a tracking number the next day. Second bracelet arrived about 8 weeks later. I'll never order from this company again.Paypal was the reason we finally, 4 months later, received our item. Stay away!!!!

Did not receive my order even after contacting customer service

I never received 2 necklaces I ordered in November. I was told they were on their way then I was told it was the Coronavirus holding them up. I tried to re-claim through PAYPAL who were also very unhelpful. They said they had proof there was a package sent. Yes there was but it wasn't what I ordered!! 2 necklaces still never received. I'll never order from this company again and Paypal have also went way down in my estimations. Hope you enjoy my money! Just Theft!!!

I ordered the Yinyang bracelets and a shooting star bracelet. they have kept up nice! I lost the white yinyang bracelet but the black one matches with everything. Plus the Star bracelet is my fave PERIOD. Definitely going back

My review appears to be the same as many peoples on here. I ordered in time for Valentines day (or so I thought) the item arrived yesterday! The box was crushed and although the bracelets inside were in tact I can't now give the item as a gift.
The bracelets are light and cheaply made and not something I'd want to gift to my wife anyway. I have requested a refund but am getting the run-around at present, they insist they'll send me a new one. This only serves to tell me that the quality of the item is so cheap and poor that's it's actually cheaper for them to send another item to the UK than refund the money I paid for it. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Chiiiiiiiiiii why I paid $30 for a cheaply made charm bracelet?? I guess i got fooled by all those women's fake reviews... People I tell ya. I'm as honest as I can be. As i received my package i just knew I'd be very satisfied due to the amount I paid for it. Ha, Fooled me... 30 bucks big for this $2 bracelet. I try leaving a review on their site but they don't have the option to. I had to use clear nail polish to the whole charm bracelet so it wouldn't turn colors. I gotta get my money worth. I saw this sammmmmme exact bracelet on Aliexpress for literary $2.

The WORST Experience I've Ever had ordering online. These folks Actually CHEATED ME OUT OF MONEY!
I HAD Cancelled an online withine 15 minutes of placing it BUT.....They STILL CHARGED MY CARD !! Then they shipped the wrong item and Refused to send a shipping label so that I could RETURN the ITEM I NEVER ORDERED !!! Now, Its been over 30 Days ( went thru Paypal) and I can't return the item I NEVER WANTED OR ORDERED !!! Hindsight has proven, that they Deliberately Stalled me so that I would miss the Return Window (30 Days)

You'll Find MUCH BETTER QUALITY pieces in CVS, Walgreens or Wal-Mart- Honest.

Sorry others had a bad experience but I received my bracelet less than a week. The bracelet is okay for the price I paid. I will be placing another order.
