Fantastic service from start to finish! We replaced an old single glazed door & side panel from the 80s, plus a very small & tricky kitchen window - from design, survey, finalisation and installation, the experience has been great. Thank you!

We were looking for a new door since our old wooden door was swollen and was becoming a real problem.

I popped into Panoramic on the off chance to take a look at some example doors.

I got chatting to Andy who was really open and knowledgeable about the product they sold, how it compared to other suppliers and what Panoramic did differently.

From that experience, to the home visit, measuring up and finally installation, all the team were great and the final product is just what we wanted.

I’d use Panoramic again and would definitely recommend to anyone asking for similar products or services that they offer!

Just had new windows installed.

Slight hiccup when one of our wooden lintels was found to be rotten, but Panoramic were helpful and patient while we got this replaced.

Staff were all friendly and communication was excellent. Fitters were polite and obviously knowledgable. Cleared up after completing works.

So far, we're really pleased with final outcome.

Would recommend.

I chose this company for their long experience in the market, range of products and knowledgeable sales team. The quality of the windows and standard of workmanship was amazing, they even used a lime mortar mix to set the windows into my Bath stone mullions. Despite being a difficult job in a 300 year old house the fitters worked sympathetically and efficiently to produce a great result. No mess, no fuss, cant ask for more.

with prior insight I would not have had new windows,I thought they would be superior but they are not.I am left with cracked ceiling ,exterior painting, and interior decoration.I believe the fitter made the most of a difficult job and I hope he has thawed out now.£3,000 could have been spent on putting my heating on higher.

Appalling product quality and Customer service

Since my back door was fitted in January 2019 there has been a continuing and persistent problem with extreme draft. In the past four years, 2 replacement doors (they call them sashes), plus a complete door and frame have been installed, the latter in April 2022 when I was told that the reason for all the problems was that it had been incorrectly fitted in the first place. However, the problem still exists and the door lets in draft and cold air.
I have lost count of the number of phone calls I have made during this time plus the amount of time I have wasted waiting in for service engineers. Each time they come I'm told that the door has bevelled. In addition to the time I've wasted, this has and still is, costing me money in respect of increased energy costs. Never more so than at the current time.
When the Service engineer called a few days ago he said there was definitely a problem and yet again it had bevelled! He took measurements and photographs. He said he was only able to make minimal adjustments to the door as further tightening would result in not being able to operate the handle. He said he would report his findings to someone called Preed who would contact the manufacturers and deal with the problem. I'm afraid I have totally lost confidence in this lady as although she is always polite, I constantly have to chase her to get a response and after 4 years this problem is still unresolved.
I am totally fed up and unhappy with this situation, not to mention all the stress that this has caused me. I wish I had never used Panoramic Windows and I would definately not recommend them to anyone.

from start to finsh the customer service was good, the fitters was very clean, freindly and the fitting was first class. all my question was answered. i would remend them to anyone wanting new doors or windows. the price was the best quote. great service and great windows and doors.

We had Fabco Doors fitted through Panoramic Windows and went into the process feeling nervous having read some bad reviews. We dealt with James, who was polite and professional at all times and assured us that the company have been made aware of any short comings and are doing their best to address them. I am so pleased that we went ahead with the order. Our doors are stunning and we were kept well informed at all times. Yes the lead time was long, but we were advised of this up front and the doors were delivered as promised, on time. Thanks so much Panoramic (and James in particular). You were a pleasure to deal with.

top quality Pvcu replacement windows needed to obtain planning permission. Panoramic provided a product that fits the bill, and we’re very user friendly to deal with. The fitters were excellent, and a small post fitting issue was dealt with speedily. Thoroughly recommended

Despite being significantly more expensive than a competitor, we chose Panoramic as we had used them before, knew they were well established and they promised a fitting date for September, which suited us. In the event, installation didn't take place until October 8th. All seemed fine until we had some windy weather, and we had a gale blowing under the frame and through the interlocker between the sashes. The fitters returned 2 weeks later to foam seal the frame and try and adjust the sashes. We suspected the saches were too big, and so couldn't be separated sufficiently to close the interlocker, so G came to measure them 2 weeks later, agreeing with our suspicion. 11 weeks later, we eventually got a reply from P to notify us they were intending to contact the manufacturer, Origin Windows. Another 7 weeks went by, and someone else was sent to re-measure the saches, at which point we discovered the doors had been letting water in since installation, the floorboards were soft and black with damp, which explained the smell we had noticed. Another 3 weeks, and G returned with an Origin engineer to re-re-measure, and then agreeing that the doors were indeed too large. We then had to wait a further 6 weeks for different fitters to come, remove both frames, replace 2 saches and reinstall again, this time actually using silicone to seal the corners of the frame, as stipulated in the manufacturers instructions. They also fitted door stoppers and made the locks function properly (Rich and Francis 5* review for customer service and attention to detail !). A few days later we received the invoice, threatening that non-payment would void the guarantee, with no enquiry as to whether the draught and leak issues had finally been corrected. We settled the invoice but raised our concerns about the poor standard of workmanship, requesting some redress for the nuisance we had experienced for nearly 7 months with a cold, draughty, smelly room which was out of use while the floorboards dried out. This was 13 weeks ago and we have had no reply or apology.
We have finally, after seven months, got the sliding doors we had imagined, and they do look nice and function well.
However, overall, we would rate our experience as disappointing,frustrating and stressful. As others have reported, this company is reluctant to take ownership of a problem and remedy it in a timely fashion, communicates poorly, has a shocking indifference to customer experience, and arrogantly ignores complaints.

Had our front door and 2 double glazed units replaced. Service was fantastic from everyone involved. The fitter today was a credit to your company, he was professional, tidy and polite. Thank you again for a great service!

Had new front door fitted over 6 months ago and still issues remain with little or no communication from them to address my complaint. Had 4 engineers visit to 'fix' the problem only to be told they have the wrong part or could not fix it. Shockingly bad customer service, will not be using again.

What a fantastic family run business.

I have enjoyed great service from site survey to installation and the quality of our new bi-fold doors is amazing.

There were a few snagging issues and perhaps the initial finish but this was quickly rectified so I am happy with the responses.

We are beyond delighted and I would be happy to recommend.
