Panthur will send renewal invoices and once paid will not activate the product. They wait until the buyer contacts them and then they will send a second invoice demanding another payment. Yes, that does sound like extortion.

Their contracts are written to eliminate their liability and the consumer has little to no protection from their conduct.

Avoid. Find a legitimate provide. They are owned by same company as Crucial. Therefore, stay away from Cruicial too.

this is the worst company you can deal with. if they call themselves an Australian company than it is a joke.
Support is crap on all grounds. the support team blames the billing team, and the billing team does not provide anything except take their sweet time.

I have used Panthur for many years and loads of websites and been very happy with them, but they have recently outsourced all the Support call centre to India. I am constantly frustrated with the level of service. I really hope they move there call centre support back to Australia.

Panthur - Reliable, Trusted, Depandable (24/7) that's why I use them, and if it's 7pm or 3am, being able to call tech support who actually know what they're talking about is invaluable. Hope to be a lifelong client.

Very pleased so far with Panthur. I have used a lot of web hosts over the years and Panthur is up there with the best. Prompt reply to a query I had. Everything has been straightforward setup.

As a beginner who used to solely use Wix & Squarespace to host websites, Panthur has not only given me a more affordable and flexible option for hosting, but now the websites hosted are actually mine - where I have more control!
I found it easy enough to figure out how to upload Wordpress onto my hosting space thanks to the helpful emails from Panthur once I got started. And this is coming from someone who’s never done this before!
I definitely will continue to use Panthur in the future for myself and my clients!

Panthur is amazing. They are open 24/7 for technical support and the consultants knows exactly what they are doing. They will tell you if there is any issues and they are on top of things.

Recently moved from SlowDaddy to Panthur. Everything worked seamless, 1st time. Webmail response is almost instant compared to 20s plus waiting to load a new email with my previous provider. The website back-end setup via the dashboard was easy though different to the usual. Server response seems consistently fast and had no other issues for the 1st month with Panthur. Hope it stays that way. Good job!

I usually have great service but today was the worst experience. I spoke to a representative as I was migrating my staging website and wanted to confirm the process. I asked him to hold while I made the changes. He stated that he would make the last change as he had calls waiting. The site broke and he said well we don’t do migrations it normally costs $120 but he was doing this as a courtesy. WOW I have been with them for 2 years and I have never encountered anything like this. I called back and was told again that it would cost $120 to fix. Well Well I paid someone on fiver $50 to fix his mess and I will be looking for another host. Panthur your going downhill fast pick up your game and change some of your staff as they should not be dealing with your customers. They got 1 star for this experience but overall a 2 star from previous experience but unfortunately this experience has tarnished my view. They would have received previously 5 stars from me.

I've contacted Panthur on a handful of occasions to assist with new accounts, migrations etc. Their response time is quick and the service provided second to none.

Just the best service every time! You can call them 24/7 right here in Australia and you just get such great feedback and help. Can't fault them.

I have used Australian web hosting companies for my clients since 2000. Panthur is by far the best for reliability, speed and support. They are the only web host I recommend.

I’ve been with Panthur for four years now, having come from another service I couldn’t be happier. I use them for all my web builds and it means I have one less thing to worry about. Server speeds are amazing which helps with my SEO and dealing with an actual tech in the tech support ( Australian) it means that I not only get the problems fixed, but I learn from them at the same time. 100% the best service and support, they always go the extra mile. The best hosting service on the market.

Do not use this company. I have been using this company to host my website hawkeslawyers.com.au and always have trouble. As with this weekend my website was down. I called their support/tech line and waited on the phone for over 30 minutes with no response. I called other numbers....again no response. I have also had a lot of trouble with my emails being blocked. I am relocating my website urgently and will never come back. Adrian Hawkes
