Best hosting service found to date, why? Support is so easy to access.

I'll know more when we're using Panthur's services more fully, but to date absolutely no concerns or issues, communication is excellent, and tools etc easy to navigate. We have no hesitation in recommending Panthur.

The service has declined and the cpanel migration feature is no longer. Unfortunately Panthur is not the hosting service it once was.

Go back 2 years prior to bing acquired by Hostopia I would rate Panthur 6 starts out or 5, the support was the best ever experienced. In comparison the customer response is now very much slower.

I switched all of my accounts over to panthur and have been very happy. My only gripe would be that once all Australian, they have now sold out. The service speed has been somewhat lacking since then. But support is great, service is strong I have been happy and would recommend.

Consistently stable and good service, I've been hosting with Panthur for however many years and I've never run into an issue with them.

Panthur have helped me a few times when I've become stuck on a log in issue. They are very affordable and have never had a server outage. The stats they provide about the website are also very informative.

We have been with Panthur for several years now - for all our domain registrations and for hosting. (Hosting one main business website, several blogs and two other sites we manage on a voluntary basis.) We arrived with Panthur after trying several other registrars and hosts - and this is by far the very best company we've met! Apart from the excellent range of packages, services and options available, their tech support and customer service are second to none! Cannot recommend more highly!

I tried a lot of (highly recommended) Australian web hosting companies but none of them measured up and I almost gave up hope. But I kept digging and this one name kept coming up - Panthur. So I took the plunge and gave them a go and I'm glad I did. Their services are solid, their customer service is great and I'm really happy to use them for all of my Australian web services, and I even recommend them to my own clients as well.
