I accidentally ordered a cheese and…

I accidentally ordered a cheese and tomato pizza with vegan jackfruit pepperoni thinking it was the vegan pizza. I rang up the Swindon store to explain my mistake but to also order the pizza I wanted but got met by someone who instantly said what my order was and that I had ordered wrong and they wouldn't help me. Wasn't what I was looking for but the instant hostility wasn't what I was expecting. Screw you, Papa John's.

Pizza came with almost no tomato sauce…

Pizza came with almost no tomato sauce it was dry and tasteless i called up and told them and they said someone would call me back this is a trap its a way to get out of a refund as they wont tell you but if you eat any of the pizza they wont give you a refund bit are happy to leave you and not call you back honestly just stay away from this company they cut corners to avoid any liability.

I sincerely apologise that both of your pizzas arrived with little to no sauce. I completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when you tried to resolve the issue with the store and did not receive the call back you were promised. This is not the level of service or quality we aim to provide, and I’m very sorry for the frustration this caused.

While we would normally offer a refund or replacement for orders that do not meet our standards, we are unable to do so once the food has been partially or fully consumed. However, we genuinely value your custom and want to ensure your next experience with us is a positive one. Just be warned they will fob you off when you call up then say they can't help you the next day.
Make sure you resolve it the same day as they will not tell you this its a loop hole they use to get out of refunds.
They tried to offer me a 50% off voucher when on the Web page you can already get this for free this is not a England food company and should be boycotted as its clear they dont care about quality.

Issues with payment

Watch out when you use their official app... They trick you into paying for an order they claim doesn't exist. You get through, submit your details and pay and then they claim you had nothing in your basket. If I had nothing in my basket, why was I still charged ????

Cheltenham

Terrible, 80 minutes to deliver and 40 minutes of that was on the road with the driver. App said it had been delivered when it had not been delivered, so I called the store and spoke to a member of the PJ team who didn't seem at all interested - said they would contact the driver and just hung up! Didn't call me back.

10 minutes later 2 x cold pizzas turned up - not even an apology for being late - How arrogant!

No problem though I wont be ordering from them again and wont be recommending them either, in fact quite the opposite.

Is the Chester store ripping me off …

I have ordered from the Chester store around 5 times. I always order the jalapeno bites with my pizza. I don’t know if the store is incompetent or they are doing it delivery to boost profitability but I have never received the ten bites you should receive, with normally 5,6 or 7 in the box. If I add extra toppings they are rarely on the pizza. I will be switching to dominoes in the future to give them a try as I feel Papa Johns in Chester is trying to rip me off

At the most luke warm pizza. Update on app said delivered. Tried ringing 2 times before the first for about 2 minutes in length each unanswered call. 3rd attempt the worker said they was 1 minute away. Another 3/4 minutes after they arrived. Hitchin, Herts branch.

Worst pizza ever

Worst pizza ever.
We order frequently from.various places. Pap John is the worst of them all. Cold 90 min delivery time unedible piece of dog excrement.

Worst Experience and Awful service

Awful service. My delivery was delayed because they claimed I gave the wrong postcode—despite the fact I’ve used the exact same address for years. When I tried to help by checking where the driver was on the map, she spoke to me rudely and basically said it wasn’t her issue.

Calling the store made things worse. The manager was unprofessional, accused me of lying, and told me they had no drivers and I’d get my food whenever they “found one.” Then she told me to come collect it myself or wait a week for a refund that would “probably” go through.

Absolutely shocking behaviour. Never ordering from this branch again.

Ordered a pizza most pieces didn't have…

Ordered a pizza most pieces didn't have any cheese..I rang and advised them. They said that is how it was meant to be on the sour dough.

I don't a agree but won't order from them again.

I offered to send them a picture and they said they can't do anything.

The branch was Hinckley
