We still haven’t received the bracelet. I’ve emailed you more than once. We now have been told that WE have to contact you if we don’t receive the bracelet by January 3rd!! Not okay. You received my money. Christmas is over. We missed the moment and your responses although quick are not helping to solve fix or rectify anything.

Too big, uncomfortable, no way to adjust
The leather is strong and durable. However, it is really stiff and much bulkier in person. I ordered the regular size and it is much too large for my 6”1’ 180lb husband. This gift missed the mark.

Mais pas de problème ! Pour presque tous nos bracelets, nous proposons des solutions d'ajustement de la taille si le bracelet que vous avez commandé n'est pas parfaitement adapté.
Bien entendu, le cuir du bracelet s'assouplit encore un peu plus au fur et à mesure que l'on porte le bracelet.

I never received the bracelets that I ordered, the company misrepresented themselves, they did not indicate that it would be international shipping, they also use the cheapest carriers possible. I still have no idea where the bracelets are.

We don't think DHL and USPS are the cheapest carriers possible, DHL is certainly not.
