I received the bracelet I ordered for my husband and one of the names is cut off so it is not my sons name!! It says Christophe and his name is Christopher. I would not recommend ordering from your company.

For engraving reasons, you can only select 10 symbols for your bracelet.
It is not possible to enter a word with 11 letters such as Christopher, but you will actually see this when you try to enter a longer word.
Please contact our customer service and we will find a solution for you despite this error.

I ordered a bracelet with my 3 children’s names which turned out perfectly.
I also ordered a necklace with my 3 children’s names on it. ONLY one of my children’s names were printed on it. I am very disappointed because it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband and now I don’t have time to order a new one.

Great service and delivery
I bought a necklace with engraving. My computer had, without me knowing (or at least thinking about it) translated the site to danish. When I wanted some of the sides to be empty I wrote the danish word for empty, though it should have been in german or maybe english. I wrote them an e-mail explaining my troubles and without hesitation, they sent me a new one with two empty sides as I had envisioned. I am very grateful! Great and fast delivery and service!
