If you care about your car and about your own safety, avoid this company at any cost. We went to pick up our car and to our surprise the car had a wheel replaced without our concern. It seems that they drove the car while we were not here. We asked what happened and they were very aggressive. When we paid they refused to give us a receipt and they took the car key with force from my hands and started to take our our own belongings and put them on the dirty parking place (full of small stones and dust). We asked the man to stop this wrong behaviour and just give us our car key back so we can leave. He refused to do so and moreover proceeded to touch our belongings and our car without consent, it seems that he wanted to take again the wheel of our car in front of us again without our consent. We had to call the police as they kidnapped us and our car key. Only after this, the “brave” man disappeared and cowardly left his pregnant wife that was shouting at us refusing to give us the keys back and trying to hide our payment receipt (we paid cash so we needed the receipt). She hit my hand multiple times and was shouting while we were holding our baby.
I was told to book here by recommendation, and everything ran smooth. I have to admit, that I was surprised, that they didn't even do a check on the vehicle when I dropped it and now after reading all these 1-star reviews I know why.
We arrived back yesterday and I reported a new dent on my vehicle. I am aware of the condition of the car I drive (old Honda CRV), so I wasn’t really phased by the push in dent on the fender. I just wanted to make them aware of this, so that they pay better attention next time. Yet the response I got thereafter was concerning and I felt I needed to share this.
The office lady said I must write a mail and send a picture, which I did. The "managing director" wrote back, telling me that I have a lot of dents on my car and probably didn't notice this before!
What a way to run a business and serve clients who pay money to leave their property in their custody. I suggest taking pictures with time stamp before you drop your car here, because they don’t take responsibility and just blame their customers.
