Just NO @ Warriewood

Wish I had have read reviews here first. Warriwood, the worst. Customer service- on arrival the person there was talking and continued to talk on what was obviously a personal phone call without even recognising my existence.
Thank goodness I only wanted a wash and blow dry, possibly the worst blow dry ever, one come t was ‘your hair is so fine it’s hard to do anything with it’ - yes well that’s why I come to a hairdresser. Having been away for over 5 months I wanted to have my hair done. I just thank my lucky stars I didn’t get my hair cut here.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful, absolutely no help with refunds at all. Save ur money fgs hair extensions aren’t cheap so spending that kind of money to not get it back after returning the hair is ridiculous. So upset with myself for not checking reviews before hand.

do not buy from here!

do not buy from here!! bought some hair extensions and they were completely the wrong shade/ hair was shown on the picture to be curly and came only with a slight wave. decided to send them back but never received a refund and there communication back and forth is terrible.

The first order took a month to get to me.
The second order got lost and after waiting for a month you sent me a replacement which took another 3 weeks to get to me.

The delivery time was quick bad quality

The delivery time was quick, but the hair is far from Brazilian, I have to get two packs for thickness and it’s stil lookong thin, would say you can’t complain for the price but I would of rather forked out the extra for a decent hair exstebtion

Extremely unhelpful

Extremely unhelpful and rude customer service. Used live chat and the person ended the chat mid conversation, 0 response to any of my emails. If it involves a refund or to sort out an issue don’t bother contacting them!!! The only time they want to help is if you need to know anything about your tracking. Save your money and time, shocking company and extremely rude. I’d rather spend double the money on an company with better customer service.

Disappointed.

I usually buy from this company and have never ever had any issues, however, I paid and extra £16.95 for DHL 2-3 day delivery to find out they’ve sent my parcel with FedEx which means the hair won’t be here until 9/05/202 as I’ve checked the tracking. I’ve contacted them about this, tried to explain and got told it would be sorted and they’d speed up my delivery… still nothing has been done, no email response back to me, live chat keeps saying they’ll be in contact. I’ve even asked for a delivery refund as I’ve paid extra for something that’s not been done and been told once again, they’ll email me. Massively disappointed because I really liked this company.

Happy purchasing

I will buy these extensions every time because they are less expensive than others and the quality is so high! I love the blend into lighter colors—it goes great with my already faded hair. I wore them for the first time on an event and it helps me add the volume and length of my own hair. So that my hairist can style my hair better. Love them, highly recommended.

I contacted Mary on several occasions never to hear back from her. Save your money and buy local.

You still have not sent me the info for…

You still have not sent me the info for return and refund. You say I should dye the hair. I do not want to fur the hair. Your website says it’s white blonde. It is not. It is yellow. Thr brown I ordered says 20” but much shorter than blonde 20”. Too many issues and you ask me to accept 5 % refund. I said I did not want to accept your offer and want to return for full refund. You did not send me info on how to return but then send me 7% refund to keep hair. I MUST GET FULL REFUND AS YOU ORIGINALLY CONFIRMED WAS POSSIBLE WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT BEFORE I PLACED THE ORDER. Don't order unless you don't need them delivered for a month

First thing, my hairdresser fused my extensions yesterday and said, in her opinion, they are really good extensions and easy to work with (I ordered i-tips per her recommendation). I really like the color, i ordered blue.
Now to the bad. I cant really say their customer service is terrible because the person i was dealing with was extremely nice but:
When i initially ordered the extensions (February 28th), i received free express shipping because of how much i paid. The following day, they emailed and texted me saying because of my address, express shipping would be an extra $26. i have never had any problem with any carrier delivering to my house. I dont live in a rural area. So i told them standard shipping....7-10 days. I didnt have an appointment until March 23rd. got an email saying they shipped on March 2nd. And they never came, and they never came, etc. I emailed them march 14th and said i never received the extensions. They emailed back and said they were shipped and sometimes there is a delay, yada, yada, yada. So i wait. Now its a couple of days before my appointment for my hairdresser to put them in. I had to reschedule. then i got pissed on the 22nd and told them to cancel the damn order and give me a FULL refund. She emails me back and says she cant cancel because they have already been shipped. Gave me a tracking number (because no carrier service ever heard of the first one they gave me). It was shipped....MARCH 21st!!!!
So essentially they lied when they said it was shipped March 2nd, and then again when they said it shipped March 14th. For these reasons, i would never recommend their company and will never purchase from them again.

I bought some weave and it took 10 days…

I bought some weave and it took 10 days to arrive. I bought the wrong g colour and length. When I wanted a refund this is what they said:
Dear Beverley:
Very sorry for any inconvenience we caused to you. Our refund is guaranteed, but we need to deduct the shipping fee, handling fee and restocking fee from your refund. This is not cost effective for you. Basically their refund is guaranteed (Lie) but u r not getting your money back.
Make sure u know what you want or lose your money. It’s lip service.
