I was looking forward to receive my order. Arrived surprisingly fast but that was the only good thing. The hair was 4 inches shorter and way much lighter than the picture. It was very thin and with multiple lengths in each strand causing it to look unhealthy and thin. Also was extremely over processed to the point that will break just to slightly pull the hair strand. I have removed my extensions so after not finding a clear way to return them and against my best judgement I put them in. By the second wash the color faded even more, the ends are now open and continuously split, sheds everywhere so it is so thin that there is barely any hair left at the ends. Can't even move my head because crawls up like velcro and have to oil it to no end so minimum stays in a braid that still have tons of fly out hairs and an end of about one fourth of an inch thick or should I said thin. Will not recommend to anyone. IT IS TRASH!!!

Update 7th January: JUST WOW !!!!!
I received another email today saying they will first refund only return shipping cost £17 and after if I remove bad reviews they will refund rest or !! I can just change the comment to SAMSUNG ! Wow how bad is this!! I actually cannot believe what Im reading everytime they asking me to do illegal stuff to avoid taxes first and now this !!! Unbelievable
Oh and quess who sent this email ? Toby the same person they said that’s no working there anymore 😂

Yes Toby 😂 Absolutely joke , they also saying of course I have to remove bad review if I want my refund and they will sens it asap , just like they said 6 months ago 😅 jokeeeee

Absolutely joke ! They block my email , they will keep saying to you “ don’t worry we will sort it out for you” but they never will , Im waiting for refund since June !! don’t waste your time and money !!

Absolutely useless don’t buy ! I lost £130 plus £17 return postage, I have ordered hair with super rush shipping and I paid extra £16 for it, 3 weeks later finally I have the hair !! The company not saying the shipping is from China and their website is UK so with rush shipping I expected the parcel after few days.
As I didn’t need them anymore I asked for refund. They customer service seems fake as there is always only 2 names showing up Laurel or Toby all the time and you are always 1st in the que.
Anyway they refuse refunds, but they always trying to assure you they will refund , unfortunately they never do just keep sayin to message them but when you do they ignore it , or replying asking to do different things just to delay everything.
I have ordered the hair on 13/06 , returned them on 29/07 still haven receive anything.
At first they said I need to remove my bad review to get refund , ha ridiculous!!!
When I removed my bad review they said I need to declare worth of the return parcel as nor more than 20$ to avoid taxes !!!!
Of course I contacted my bank and paypal as this is illegal !!
I manged to get my refund of hair cost but through my bank but the company still owe my return cost £17 and they just feeding me with lies saying they will do I need to send email , but then they blocked my email etc etc .
Avoid this company Don’t let them fraud you !! If they already did Im so sorry but You can get your money back report fraud to your bank or paypal , they will help.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. There is no way this hair is human hair. It turned to straw after washing it once and started falling out. When I reached out to the customer service team they ignored my emails. Just don’t buy it, there’s a reason it’s so cheap.

Total garbage...I bought some clipp ins earlier in the year and I thought it was just a bad batch but after a couple months I realized it wasn’t even 100% Remy hair. So I decided to try again and today I received my package and well it couldn’t have been any worse... the hair was severely damaged from bleaching and it wasn’t even the shade of blonde that i wanted...although it said it was. LOL. A phucking waste.

My experience was not to be recommended. This company is not based in UK even though it’s called ParahairUK. This was a problem when the cost of return shipping to China was about £20 for one product. The company said they would refund me but did not. I had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back which took months as the company did not cooperate at all. The hair was not as described and was low quality and mainly straggly ends for most of the longer lengths. Overall a very bad service and not as described on there website.

At the moment I’m not at all satisfied with product or help this might have been a genuine mistake, paying £80 for human hair that was basically synthetic , I have contacted the company and waiting for help after many attempts to contact them for a refund as had to have the product removed from my hair as I cannot wear synthetic hair extensions and they became badly knitted up , don’t like giving bad reviews as it could of been a genuine mistake but the fact the company has not contacted me as yet to discuss my complaint has left me upset , will give another review on outcome....

I ordered hair from this company on September 15, 2020. I canceled my order and asked for a refund on September 23 after customer service kept giving me the runaround. After asking for a refund they said my order was shipped and I had to return the item in order to get a refund. I looked for the order to show up but it never did. I messaged them today October 9, 2020 and requested the tracking number and it showed that my (canceled) order hasn't been shipped yet. When I told them to cancel my order right now and give me my money back because the order hadn't been shipped, they shut down the chat. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

I order my extensions on may 2020 they charged me 39.99 my order no was ca260146262R i did not recive yet thay are big chetter they are making fool invocent peopls may God Destroyed them

These were the worst extensions I’ve ever bought in my life. They claim to be ‘real hair’ but they most definitely are not. They are such poor quality the ends were basically invisible. They came to me with rusty mould stains on them and when I tried to return them and they were not helpful at all. I only received and slight discount only to throw them in the garbage because they are not wearable. Please don’t waste your money on these extensions.

I never write reviews but in this case I feel I have a responsibility to alert people to this scam company. I ordered 2 sets of hair in May. They didn't arrive until approx a month later by which time I had bought it from elsewhere. One reason for my ordering from Parahair was their returns policy which seemed simple and straightforward, but I was duped. Firstly, when I emailed for the refund initially and return details, I was told to keep the hair and I would be compensated with $10. When I told them no, I want my refund, that offer was upped to $15. After the back and forth (and my telling them I would report them to Google as a fraudulent company) I was finally given the details for the return. After MUCH chasing I had notification from Paypal today that I will get the refund, but it totals £119 rather than the £190 I am owed. Quite frankly, I am just going to take this and lose out on £71 as I really cannot bear to communicate with this company any longer. Any positive reviews on here have to be posted by employees of the company as there is no way they can be genuine. PLEASE do not contribute to the profits of this company, you will surely regret it

I looked at the reviews before purchasing from this site and omg how wrong the reviews are. The 7pc set that I have received would barely be thick enough for one layer of hair so they are completely useless. Waited like two weeks to receive them anyway and Then they were sent to the wrong address. Luckily I managed to forward them to myself but at my own expense. I can literally See through the hair and the side pieces are like a strand??!!! I’m so cross that I have wasted so much money and I bet I don’t manage to get a refund based on reviews I should have read further down the comments. NOT HAPPY 😡

Purchased some extentions and they were not what I expected it was afro carabean hair and I'm caucasian. Sent them back reordered delivery as instructed with photos every step of the way. They gave been signed for which I had to pay the postage £20 so already out of pocket. They are not responding to my messages and have yet to get my refund which is a very large amount of money... Do not use this company they are not proffersional and don't have a clue what they are doing.. My legal team have now taken over this matter and the will be having their advertising permit revoked

Scam company !!

I paid for two sets of hair at the start of July on parahair.co.uk . It’s now the end of July and I have not received anything.

They only reply when they want to. They will not refund me the full amount They want to take 15% off for doing nothing! And now they will not reply at all! I will be reporting the company for being a scam.

If I could I would definitely give this company a big 0!!! They are horrible!! I understand during this covid time all packages and items are getting delayed but its been almost 2.5 months and I haven't received my hair extentions!!! I have emailed and called several times, no one ever answers the phone and in emails all I get is we appreciate your patience!!! Are you kidding me!! I missed 2 very important functions including my wedding that I needed these extentions for..... please do not order from this company as I have had a horrific experience with them and not want anyone else to go through what I went through!!! By the way I still have not received the extentions and have emailed to get a refund at this point which I know they are going to give me a very very very hard time for, as I have asked for a refund many times before!!!!

I absolutely love my extensions!!! The clip-in extensions matched my curly hair perfectly! The colour was on point and the quality is even better. The worst experience I’ve had with buying extension. They promise you 15% off your order which you don’t get. I tried cancelling my order 10 mins after I placed it and then didn’t respond to me until days later when I was outside of the cancellation window. I then tried returning the extensions and they kept offering me $5 off and wouldn’t return them even though their return policy says you can. Their website doesn’t allow you to leave a review unless you send them the review and they approve it. THIS IS A TRAP.. DON’T BUY FRON PARA HAIR.

I purchased hair from parahair , the hair is lovely and soft but the hair is supposed to be 110g, this cannot be true the hair is far too thin, it looks like tails in your hair! You would certainly need a lot more packs to do a full look of hair. Really disappointed

The hair arrived and it was as specified but the wrong colour. In total I spent £90. I returned it to the UK address on the parcel I received, which is a depot in southall, London. I sent it tracked and recorded- another £7.

After a week I’d still not received a refund despite the parcel being signed for.

I contacted customer services, but they said they had no record of the address and wouldn’t give me a refund.

I tracked the address and it’s a return address many companies use but it has a bad reputation. I contacted them and they said any goods they received would be “destroyed”. I contacted Parahair’s customer services many times asking for my money to be refunded as I returned the parcel in good faith, but they denied knowledge of the return address on the parcel PE and refused. I’m pretty annoyed tbh.
