Phone Staff Don't Listen
We have used BCP / Purple Parking at Gatwick twice in the last three months. On the first occasion, we rang as instructed after we had collected our suitcases, and made our way to the collection point, but had to wait an additional 10 minutes - annoying as everyone else seemed to have their car waiting for them.
On this last trip, we again rang and emphasised that we were at Gatwick NORTH terminal. We arrived at the collection point, but our car was not there. I rang once more and was told that our car would be there in 2 minutes, again I made sure it was coming to the North Terminal. 10 minutes later Purple Parking rang to state that my car was at the SOUTH terminal. Eventually the car was correctly delivered, 45 minutes after my first phone call.
My only issue with this purple park was…
My only issue with this purple park was shuttle bus insufficient space for luggage does not accommodate anywhere near enought in comparison to seats all aisle full not safe , disconfort for all.
Also return driver miserable , parked wrong side of queue at bus stop which caused queue to board incorrectly.

Poor service at Exeter Airport had…
Poor service at Exeter Airport had to pay £2 to get out of carpark when offloading luggage ( 10 mins ) and another £2 to recover luggage when collecting car Plus no text message received to know where key was UNTILL leaving car park after being helped by another driver no car park staff on hand at 7pm ( outside office hours ????? VERY POOR!

Very pleased with the parking facility
Very pleased with the parking facility, However. On our return we one of our cars suffered a flat battery and we struggled badly to find out how to get in touch with BCP. We scoured the all of the paper work and even searched the car park on all levels to see if there was a point of contact to inform BCP that we had broken down and were waiting of assistance arriving. We even phoned their number provided on the documentation and seemed to go round and round listening to advice that wasn't very helpful. eventually our AA technician found a contact and we eventually got sorted after almost 2 hours.
A TIP, Make sure you have a contact number for BCP should this happen to you. I wish we had as we still had 170 miles to drive after the ordeal and the night flight from Orlando.
BCP car park
BCP, Birmingham international /Having used this service many times and have recommended it to various people ,Normally have no problems using this car park on entry or exit , however on this occasion , disappointed on trying to exit , vehicle reg recognition didn’t seem to be working and barrier didn’t lift so tried next barrier which didn’t lift either on which other vehicles arrived and seemed to be same position so , pressed intercom(help) to which other vehicle had done same. , after two vehicles went through was able to talk to car park assistance to give vehicle registration , before allowed out , adding stressful 10 mins to journey.
May consider using taxi next time.

Excellent Service
We stayed at the Premier Inn and used the parking company there...From start to end the process was quick and efficient and the service from the staff we dealt with at the hotel was without fault. I was a bit hesitant about finding the entrance but it was easier than expected and instructions were brilliant as were the instructions back to the car park once we arrived back into the UK. Collecting the car took seconds and again staff were excellent. We paid an excellent price and stayed at the Premier for one night before we departed from UK and that was brilliant...Overall would we use this hotel and car parking facility again the answer is a big fat YES.
Very difficult to find upon dropping…
Very difficult to find upon dropping off as there is a lot of building work going on at the Premier Inn car park. The procedure seemed chaotic and did not instill us with confidence that we would get our car back. The drop off location was walking distance to the terminal. The collection process was even worse. The ticket we received with a code on did not match any records they had. Our hearts sunk because we thought that we had been scammed. They did manage to find our car thankfully. The whole process is not slick nor professional. Not sure I’d recommend nor use this service again.

First time we have used Viking. Easy to find, pleasant staff. Quick and easy access to the airport both when going and when being picked up, camera in the bus stop lets them see you are there.

We frequently use the Meet and Greet facility at Manchester air port and have been very satisfied with the service and costs.
Recently we used the same service at Heathrow terminal 3 for the second time,the first last year was fine but this year on Feruary 20th we had great difficulty retrieving our vehicle as staff had allowed vehicles arriving to set down in clearly marked no parking area whilst unloading their vehicle making it impossible to reverse my vehicle into the exit lane,
Attending staff did attempt to guide me while trying to reverse out but this took some time and held up other drivers wishing to exit.
The service provided by Purple Parking could have been better had they ensured cars arriving to drop off their vehicle park in the clearly designated baysk

Used many times with no problems at all,but this time:
Could not get in on arrival due to roadworks, tried to follow diversion signs and ended up in Wythenshawe ,had to use satnav to get route back to Thornley Lane entrance (my wife tried phoning but couldn't get through).
On return couldn't find EXIT due to barriers in way, eventually following another car to exit barrier which didn't raise. Had to use intercom to get out!

Arriving a Jet 1 car park at Manchester…
Arriving a Jet 1 car park at Manchester was pretty easy, finding a space was a bit more difficult, and getting the bus to Terminal 1 again easy as the buses are every few minutes during the day. However, our return flight arrived at 1:45 am and we spent 35 minutes standing at the bus stop in the freezing cold waiting for the bus to appear.
Not impressed with that at all, especially since our flights were noted in our booking so there's really no excuse not to know that there would be customers waiting to get back to their cars!

Cheapest I found online and no problems whatsoever
this was the cheapest price I could find online (with a trusted seller). I cannot fault the service in any way. Instructions to the site were good (although the drive along the last road to the site was a bit further than I was expecting and I thought I'd taken the wrong road for a while until the entrance finally appeared on my right.
Check in was easy - staff were there to greet every new car arriving and show them what to do. Transfer by bus was fine - buses ran every 20 minutes. It's a bit of a hike from the drop off point at Gatwick North to the terminal building, so grab a trolley if you can find one.
Return was good - the first bus was rammed when we arrived so we waited for the next one which was pretty empty. At the car pickup, our keys were returned to us and our car was waiting just outside.
Completely trouble free and I would recommend Purple Parking to others.
