Fantastic service
Salesman Nathan offered us a far better trade in price than any other dealership we could by a good margin. Also the old him what we where looking for they didn’t have what we wanted in stock, Nathan went out his way sourced us a vehicle that we liked within 48 hours. Car is everything we were looking for. Thanks again Nathan we will be returning when we upgrade again!!!!

We visited this garage in a hope of buying my dream car. We arrived and was greeted by Craig, who had outstanding customer service skills. He showed us all the perks the car had and then took us out on a test drive giving us loads of information regarding it. After deciding this was the car I wanted to buy. Craig went above and beyond to help us with sorting out legal changes such as tax and insurances to allow us to drive it home straight away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and want to personally thank craig for our positive experience at this garage.

I have recently bought a car from Parker Prestige and i thought my review would be reassuring to others looking to buy from them, perhaps someone like me, who lives 200 miles away, but really liked the specification of a car they had in stock.

To say I was nervous was an understatement, I really wanted this particular car, but I didn’t know whether to take the risk and buy without even driving it.

Jack was so thorough with all the information I required, there was no pressure at any point to buy the car and not once seemed irritated with my back and forth questions and doubts.

I’ve waited 3 weeks to write this review to make sure I didn’t find any surprises. Not only is my car immaculate (and I’ve checked), the whole experience was top class from start to finish.

I highly recommend this dealership, they are professional, honest and friendly.

i never thought I would commit and pay (well £500) for a car i had never touched nor driven. But this is the modern way and Parker Prestige have focussed and developed their business plan to operate very effectively in this new market. Of course it does rely on slick marketing but more importantly on choosing the right cars and excellent customer service. I travelled 300 miles to collect the car I had chosen and I was delighted as i drove away.

I dealt with Craig and he was absolutely brilliant. The car was beautiful and the service I have received has been amazing. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning to the final stage, they took excellent care of everything. They are a friendly, professional, and trustworthy team who were extremely helpful. I traveled more than 4 hours from Slough to Parker Prestige, and it was absolutely worth it. They delivered my vehicle exactly as advertised, complete and in perfect condition. Recently bought a car from here and the whole experience was so easy. Enquired about the car on the Friday and agreed a part exchange price for my car. Made an appointment for 10am on the Saturday and drove off with my new car 40 minutes later including a test drive, absolutely seamless. Our sales guy was Craig and honestly he couldn’t have made the whole experience any easier, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Excellent overall service! I received a ‘fair’ part exchange against a newer car & was dealt with by Tony , a no-nonsense speaking nice guy . Many traders will not entertain an issue after driving off the forecourt however a minor issue with a paint defect was dealt with professionally & fairly by Tony & the team when not really obligated to do so . In a nutshell , if you want to purchase from a trusted dealer, go with these guys.!

I am very happy with my car purchase from Parker Prestige. The BMW X3 was accurately described on Autotrader, and Craig answered my questions promptly about its condition and features. We felt very welcome when we visited Richmond to pick up the car. A couple of minor blemishes were quickly dealt with, and we are delighted with the car. The whole process was conducted professionally and in a friendly manner. I will certainly be looking at Parker Prestige’s stock when I am considering the replacement of my other car.

I've recently bought a pristine Audi A5 from Parker Prestige, the car was exceptionally well presented and the service from Tony was fantastic, a true gent and super helpful. It is clear from all of the 5 star reviews they offer a great service and when you visit the showroom you can see they have the best of the best stock.
