Arash and the team valued, cleaned and restored five much loved rugs for us. The damage over the years was extensive, but the quality of the restoration was superb and well beyond our expectations - such incredible craftsmanship, loving attention to detail and respect for authenticity. Arash is very knowledgeable and passionate about rugs and gave us some great insight into where our rugs were made and when. Many thanks and we will enjoy our beautiful rugs for many years to come (and look after them a bit better than before!). The process took many months, but given the work needed and the journey the rugs have been on to find the right craftsmen and women to get the renovations right, it was understandable and worth the wait.

My rugs were returned to me in a condition which surpassed my expectations. They had been part of my life for 55years and were very precious to me. The colours were restored to their former vibrancy, but we’re still authentically faded. The repairs were impossible to detect, so the rugs regained their original shape. I am so grateful for the advice I was given throughout this process and would certainly use the service again. I can now leave theses rugs to my daughters knowing that they are good for years to come.

I had thought my much loved Nepalese rug was beyond repair but couldn’t bear to throw it out. It is of great sentimental value as my husband brought it back from a trip to Nepal early in our marriage.

I found Pars on an internet search and was impressed by previous favourable reviews. I can now say that my experience with Pars is that they are knowledgeable and efficient. I have various rugs that need repair, cleaning and valuation and their service has been prompt and courteous. I would recommend them to my contacts.

Absolutely five star service. Badly damaged rug inherited from my mother. I was devastated to find a tear and moth damage. Arash communicated well and sent a video of the damage and talked me through what could be done to repair it. It took a little while, but the outcome was well worth the wait. After another video to show the finished result the rug was returned to me in perfect condition. Beautiful invisible repair and spotlessly clean rug. I could not be more delighted. Thank you to everyone involved.

My initial contact with Pars Rugs was helpful and efficient in getting a quote sent to me by email for the cleaning of my rug and on accepting the quote it was collected by DHL within a few days.
The company sent me before and after photos of the cleaning which were very helpful and reassuring. Arash advised a repair was needed and his team worked quickly to get the work completed before we moved house.

After a lot of research, we sent our antique Caucasian Kazak to be cleaned and repaired by Pars Rug Gallery and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result! We were a bit hesitant about the restoration work needed in case we lost the character of the rug, but we're delighted with the outcome. Dropped in my Na’een rug for a clean. Told it would take 3 weeks. After 5 weeks no sign. Didn’t reply to emails or answer phone messages. Repeated visits to Romsey Branch elicited ‘coming soon’. Owner promised to take personal charge and ring me with an update. He didn’t. After nine weeks I had to threaten legal action to get my rug back. Begrudgingly they returned it .. not even cleaned. Utterly hopeless and thoroughly unprofessional. I would never entrust this company with work again.

Arash and his team have done a great job cleaning and repairing our rug which had been chewed by our Labrador puppy…. Not cheap but worth it as it looks beautiful now and fully restored. Now to keep the dog away..

Arash is incredibly knowledgeable regarding rugs which contributed to my decision to appoint Pars to repair numerous expensive rugs. His team have done a fantastic job in carefully replacing the tassels and repairing some damaged areas. I recommend them without hesitation or reservation.
