Better off spending your time HELPING “customers” why they get banned. “We banned you but can’t tell you why” after I reported a spam account that sent website links. Same happened to a friend - reported spam websites message and gets blocked himself. Do better grindr your product is only getting worse lead by your “customer service”
Worst outsourcing company we've ever experienced.
The company is friendly and very cooperative upfront before the contract is signed, then the problems start.
They won't let you directly manage any of the staff we paid to hire. They force you to go through their inexperienced and uncooperative managers and leads. This caused a huge slowdown and bottleneck for us.
Their "Partner Success" team is just a bunch of pushy incompetent salespeople. Tried to nickel and dime us at every turn. Will constantly push other services and products on us that we didn't need. It was very frustrating and a massive waste of time as they insisted they be a part of most manager meetings to observe and assist when it was just their way of finding sales opportunities.
Lastly, bringing up issues or concerns to higher-up management was totally ignored and referred back down to the team leadership who was incompetent and was never able to solve our issues.
