Who knew buying a used steering rack could be as exciting as a Formula One pit stop? These legends were able to locate, package, and launch my steering rack faster than I could say "sacré bleu!"
Their chat game was so upbeat, I half expected them to include a baguette with my order. The packaging was tighter than a French mime's invisible box, and the next-day delivery was so quick, I believe they have a secret network of beret-wearing couriers on motorcycles weaving through traffic.

Great way to shop for parts, give them your car reg and the part you’re after, they send you quotes from the suppliers, and you select the one you want. I’ve used them twice and highly recommend them.

Parts gateway are just as corrupt as the scrap yard using their services to rob customers when they purchase parts through them, they have even taken away the reviews button on their page so you can’t comment on how you have been robbed by the scrapyard in question!!

Purchased a gearbox for £400 from Rochdale commercials LTD, OL11 4JB.

When I collected the gearbox the parts number had clearly just been carved away before I arrived as he knew the part number did not match and did not want me to know this! Not only this it arrived with a drive shaft sticking out of it, and then the garage who are doing the gearbox swap have said that the drive shaft is stuck inside the gearbox and needs to be returned as it will not come out!!

Then we are told by Rochdale commercials that we cannot have a refund and only swap it for another dodgy item they might have even tho the advertisement said we had 90 days warrenty this means absolutely nothing once you have given them your cash!!

Stay away from parts gateway and especially stay away from ROCHDALE COMMERCIALS LTD in Rochdale on some dirty back street the full address is :

Listed on parts gateway for a engine was contacted by vaux spares Ltd, took them 3 weeks to send me a nackered knocking engine advertised as 80k miles had to buy another engine pay for fitting twice and am now having takeing them to court to get my money back, have involved trading standards

I have just tried to use parts gateway online to buy parts for my car. Once I entered the car details the following page then gave me an option to ok the car information id given, this then redirected me to another website that asked for me to put in my card details, it stated it would not take any money but then took £1 which I thought was just to set up the account. I was then redirected to another website which had nothing to do with car parts where it informed me I’d signed up to a subscription for a health website and it was going to charge me £59.95 the following day and then every month after. With no way to contact anyone to cancel this subscription I have been forced to cancel my bank card, which is both frustrating and annoying. Im putting this up as a massive warning to anyone using this website as there was no warning to this!
