Awful Company

After paying the extra delivery for a courier to ensure the balloons arrived on the correct day (company state they deliver Mon - Fri) they delivered them 2 days early for my daughters 30th birthday. Very disappointing. I emailed them to complain and they showed now interest and tried to tell me that my order had been upgraded like they were doing me a favour. No offer of compensation for courier and no apology. Would not use them again. Very unhappy customer.

Really good company

Really good company, got my mum some balloons for her birthday and they have lasted quiet a while, I would recommend this company and use them again in the future.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

If it could be lower, trust me, it would be! Order hasn't hasn't turned up and its gone past the birthday. Trying Trying get hold of the company for money back is like getting blood out of a stone. I'm not the only one either. If you had a brain cell yous avoid at all cost

Great service. Thoroughly recommend.

I have ordered balloons for family birthdays over the last year. All have arrived on time, as ordered and still inflated. I have recommended to friends as I have been so pleased with the service.

This company is charging £38 for a…

This company is charging £38 for a personalised bubble balloon with writing on it, £28 for the balloon and £10 for the text. There are no images on their website of these actual balloons with the text on them so you have no idea what you will receive and the balloons on their website with text on them are shown to have large text. I ordered one for a friends 60th birthday, the writing is so small on the balloon you can hardly see it. Party Save Smile are making money out of the covid situation as most shops selling these balloons are closed so you are not able to go to a shop to purchase this type of product. You have no idea what you will receive from this company, extremely misleading and deceptive and given the current situation we all find ourselves in this is so unacceptable! I for one will be reporting this company to TRADING STANDARDS. I have tried to contact them and surprise surprise they are not answering their phones at this time due to covid. You have to send an email to them which if you read the other reviews on here gets you nowhere. I most certainly will never be ordering from this shoddy company again.

Balloons never arrived

I have placed an order for balloons to arrive on February 12, on time for Valentines. They were never delivered (today is Feb 26). I was in contact with Royal Mail to chase the parcel and the customer service who could see the parcel was still somewhere with Royal Mail (because the shipment is tracked) but they did not want to refund me. No Valentine surprise and lost 35 pounds.

I was really pleased with the items I received .The only thing was the birthday banner was a little creased when it came otherwise everything was fine. Would buy from you again.
