The ink's all gone with in 2mins of shaking and after the inks gone its hard to figure out which one is spade or hearts cause they are exactly the same shape but diff colour. Laminate that sh.it !!!

I ordered size 8 and the shoes came with size 9 in a box of size 7 but perfectly fits. The whole size process was confusing but I am happy with the product.

Fantastic Goldstar trainers and excellent service.
My daughter has returned from a year in Nepal and was thrilled to find that she could buy Goldstar trainers online now that she is back in the UK. Best backpack in the world
Absolutely fantastic. I’m going back to uni for my arts degree and wanted a backpack that looked a bit more unusual and colourful. After searching for literally weeks, I stumbled across this. At first, decided against it because I didn’t want a hemp patch sewn in to my uni bag (especially as I use it for work too). However, bought it regardless and covered the patch (and the rest of the bag!) in some funky patches. Bag itself is absolutely beautiful, not too masculine which is what I wanted. Colours are gorgeous, quality amazing. The padded pocket fits my 14” laptop perfectly, which is all I wanted, and offers enough protection to not need an extra case. Comfortable to wear and the extra zipped pockets are perfect for all the items I could want or need. Fits my A4 files and notebooks perfectly. A flawless, funky, colourful and creative backpack - you won’t find anything better (my weeks of searching proves this). Delivery was amazingly fast, would recommend this website and their products anyday.

I bought a natural hemp fanny pack/bum…
I bought a natural hemp fanny pack/bum bag and the bag itself is fantastic I love the natural look and it's surprisingly roomy! Only downside is the poor quality clip and belt that has no end so it could slip off the end if pulled. I recommend this fanny pack however it's a shame about the quality of the belt. I hope it holds out.

Great customer service!
I ordered a rucksack and laptop bag. When they arrived, the rucksack was faulty - one of the zips on the front was broken. I contacted Pasal, who were quick to respond and offered straight away to send a replacement. This was received within a couple of days and is in perfect working order, and I returned the faulty bag with no issue. Great customer service!

Bag good, service not.
The bag arrived fast and is in good quality, however when I tried to contact with worries about the address there was no response. Luckily I am able to access the address it was accidentally sent to.
