This company along with Trupatriotic, Linendaily, Duopuda, UKcomfyclothes. Floretts, Yorktailor, Fashionlili and several others claim to support NHS, Alzeimers society, the Veteran community and other organisations.This could not be further from the truth. They are China based selling poor quality goods with long delays and make it nearly impossible to get your money back. You should be able to give no stars as they certainly don't deserve any.

Bought a Lord of The Rings Christmas sweater, when it came in after about waiting 3 weeks it was not of the same quality that was described or shown in the picture related to the purchase, along with the entire “sweater” being off center somehow. Never buy from this company they will not return your items due to their policy and are only trying to take your money.

Do not recommend! Bad quality, wrong sizes.

I ordered 3 jerseys. The sizes were completely wrong and did not match the size chart from the website (i.e. XL is actually a L/M). When challenged, the company put the onus back on me stating I was at fault for ordering the wrong size. I have been told that I must pay for postage if I am to receive a refund, which contradicts their Ts&Cs. The quality of the jerseys is also appalling, but this is to be expected given the lowish price. Save your money, do not order from this company.

Everything was the wrong size. And even when they make a mistake the want you you to pay to ship it back to China. I compared sizes with multiple other companies and even measures the sweater and it was undersized by at least 2 sizes.

Do NOT order from this company! This is a China-based company that utilizes the classic “bait-and-switch” for items ordered from their website. The prices seem fair for the quality of the item advertised. However, the item I received looked NOTHING like the sweatshirt on-line!!!
I ordered a distressed charcoal gray sweatshirt with a Lord of the Rings print for my daughter. It took 3 weeks for the item to arrive from China with a bizarre tracking link in Chinese that quit working as soon as it entered the U.S. It was then shipped in a bag from a personal address in California.
The entire sweatshirt has a fake looking distressed print that encompasses the outer layer. The outer layer feels like slick polyester while the interior is white felt…..and it STINKS like chemicals! I’m only keeping it because their Refund Policy reads that they get to decide whether the return is legit or not. I’m not willing to gamble on spending MORE money to ship it back and have them decide NOT to refund. It’s NOT worth it, and I’ve learned my lesson!!!

I placed an order in September, which arrived late October.
I ordered the "You Can't Kill The Boogeyman" & "Scream" sweatshirts. I put it on & YIKES! it does NOT fit right at all! The size is my size & the correct size I ordered was sent, however, something is terrible wrong with the manufacturing of this sweatshirt. The shoulder seams come almost down to my elbows, the sleeves hang off, the body seems disproportioned, the fabric is odd for that of the typical sweatshirt - a bit shiny, thin, & the white inside shows through making a black look dull & off. I took the shirt off & put it immediately back in the package & requested a refund. Judging from the other reviews here, that's not likely to happen :( Should have looked up this company first before ordering, lesson learned. If the do respond to my request for a refund, I'll update this review. However, in the meantime, I want people to know the facts & steer clear from ordering anything from Patriotor ... so disappointing & infuriating! Trustpilot says if we check the box when writing a review they will forward it to Patriotor; if they're a ethical, legit company they should be doing whatever necessary to make things right for their customers.

Absolute rubbish. The items sent are not as pictured or described. They are of unwearably poor quality. There is zero response to emails to their customer service email address. AVOID THEM they are a complete scam

Item arrived, size was alot smaller than expected. Listed as a sweatshirt and pictures showed a knitted jumper but item was extremely thin and poor quality. Have emailed to request info on how to return, but no response from the company. This was a present for my son so 2 disappointed people here.

I ordered 3 shirts from there and none of them matched their images and material described.
The description on lotr-mordor-sweatshirt-1-bpsz and lotr-sunset-vintage-shirt states that both pieces were supposed to be made of 70% Cotton, 30% Polyester. You can clearly tell that they are NOT made of the same material when feeling them.
The image of lotr-mordor-sweatshirt-1-bpsz doesn't match what I received at all and it doesn't match the dimensions of the size small specified in the size guide on the page. The size I received suggests that it was made for a small child.
The description of lotr-sunset-vintage-shirt clearly states that the t-shirt has 'double side pattern design on the front and back.' which it doesn't.

I have requested a refund but haven't heard anything from them.
