Hoofing place to get the right kit
Only just discovered patrol store after spending months looking for a duty bag. Found just what I was looking for and a decent set of boots to boot and all at the right price too....will definitely be getting my kit here in future.

First time I've used Patrol Store for Magnum boots. Fantastic service !!!
I would highly recommend Patrol Store. The service was excellent from start to finish. Spoke to Emma on the phone who took my details and arranged priority delivery and my Magnum's arrived next day.
Boots were very well priced and as I said the customer service was absolutely excellent. I will definitely be using them again, and I would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Best customer service and highest quality products
I am working as a door supervisor and ordered quite few items from Patrol Store. Actualy it was my all uniform and slash proof clothes. Every time my deliveries were super quick, any returns were processed promptly as well. If they didn't have item in stock i was contacted by phone and further by e-mail. I've been updated with order status as soon as it changed. Very happy with servise i've received and products I've bought.

Fast delivery
My boots came very quickly and they are a great quality for the price I paid. The only downfall is I was made to pay an additional £1 for a pre paid envelope which to be fair gave me piece of mind if I had to send them back but on opening my parcel there was no pre paid envelope, so I've wasted a £1 that could of got me a pack of haribo to survive night shifts!

Fantastic service, from a simple search for types of products to delivery. The boots were delivered within 24 hours of purchase and communication was excellent. I was informed of each step of the transaction and a specific time for delivery was given. I would definitely recommend Patrol Store. Can't complain at all.....Brilliant service!
Ordered two items over the phone with the assistance of a very helpful operator at 1pm....and the items were delivered by 8.30am the very next day (standard delivery).
All positives, no negatives! Would most definitely use again.
