Op Zulu Kit bag order

Amazing service even with a small hiccup
Great service, ordered at one and delivered the very next morning. Small hiccup of wrong dock but resolved immediately with replacement deliver the next morning again! Would definately recommend to my follow cohorts!!

Not delivered
I paid for 1 day delivery £6.99 as I need the items for work. They did not arrive. The Delivery company said they did not receive the parcel until the day I was due to receive it. The delivery company won't leave the parcel in a safe place someone needs to sign for it. I have now got to wait in for another day which is 2 days of my 4 days off work waiting in for a parcel. Or staying up on Friday after working nights. So next day delivery has turned into 5 days which has cost me nearly £7.00 delivery charge. That's if I get it Monday. Not happy at all.

Having put off buying a pair of lowa combats for so long I'm glad they live up to their name. Comfy from day on and great quality materials means thy aren't letting in any water keeping your feet dry and warm. Couldn't recommend enough

Spent awhile hunting for some boots, happened to find them on Patrolstore. Held out a week and they had a sale so got the boots I wanted for £25 less than manufacturer price, with next day delivery included in that pricing.
Boots arrived next day in brand new condition.
Very quick, very simple, could not be happier with service. Will definitely look to purchase from here in future.

Exchange policy
I brought a pair of Magnum Panther boots from patrol store in November 2014, and the zip broke in June 2015. Phoned up patrol store, explained the situation, and said that I'm still covered by the warranty, which is 12 months, got me to send photos of the boots, fill out an exchange form, and the processed the claim straight away. This was yesterday, 29th July 2015 and I got the boots today. Excellent customer service. Well done to all concerned!!!

The store lets themselves down badly by charging for a product return label which is emailed to them but only if they want to return they products. When customers keep their products they get charged for the return label that they never receive. Very poor customer satisfaction.

I do apologise that you feel that this was not satisfactory. We offer the label as many customers order sizeable items such as boots and if they returned them via Royal mail without our label then it would cost them about £10. We email the labels out to customers so that they do not get lost as our returns period is 14 days after purchase and it means we can also book it in with our returns department so they are expecting it. This also is more environmentally friendly as it means we are not using paper unnecessarily. If you decided you did not want the label after purchasing you have the option to receive a refund for it, but this does mean that you would not be able to use it.

security equipment
The tactical belt is well made and looks good. The sia licence holder is well made but is very hard to get the license in and out of it . Security polo shirt again is as good as the others I have but the wording fade's away after being washed several times. Other than that all good.
Ordering is easy and delivery is quick ordered on a Friday received Monday
