Website is easy to browse. Products are shown clearly with clear and concise descriptions. Prices are competitive with other companies selling similar products. Ordering is easy whether online or via phone. I generally order via phone when shopping at Patrol Store. The Customer Assistants are excellent, professional, have a good knowledge of all the products being sold and are always ready to provide advice, support and assistance. You feel that they really care about providing you with an excellent service. I spoke to Cameron. and, like the rest of his colleagues, was excellent. I received prompt emails from Patrol Store and the delivery company once I had ordered the products. The emails provided information on the products I had ordered and delivery time. The products arrived on time the next day. THANK YOU PATROL STORE. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

I always used patrol store when im buying my Security stuffs.. Good service and delivery on time.. A nice looking and comfortable boots (Magnum Stealth force 6.0) used it only for couple of days so i cant give a full review for the item @ the moment. Only i can say is "Im happy with service".

Quality Police Magnum Boots. Excellent price with fantastic customer services which is what our country lacks. I ordered wrong size, sent them back and the next day I had the correct size. In between all this the communication was second to none. Would highly recommend Patrol Store.

My husband has been using this site for 4 years as he does door work and Management. Hes always on his feet so needs boots that will protect his feet from any weather and allows him to stand for those 12 ( or more ) hour shifts. I've now sent off for my SIA Badge and needed to stock up so i have come straight to Patrol store and wouldn't go anywhere else because you are what makes our shifts ( no matter what job we do ) much safer, more comfortable and more enjoyable. I would recoment this company to anybody. Excellent customer service, very helpful and understanding. Had trouble with magnum boots, a hole appeared, no questions asked, replacement or refund offered. Receuved replacement boots on specified day. They use excellent courier too, they give you an hour slot. I have recomended patrol store to all my work colleagues. Top shop...

Goods before I have even received them. It's been a week now and I still haven't got them. When I get them then I'll be able to review them....hope they come soon

I have used patrol store a number of times now and they never fail to deliver. Excellent communication from start to finish, I would recommend this company every time.

I can not fault this company, from ordering to delivering to returning goods and refunds.
It was so easy to return a faulty item with great help and advice from staff. It was straight forward to reorder a new pair of boots which arrived next day with constant email updates.
The returned boots were refunded the next day.
Staff are helpful, polite and have a good knowledge of the products they sale which helps you make the right decision for your situation.

I came across Patrol Store on-line, while searching for someone who could supply a belt pouch that would take both my 'phone (Moto E) and my credit cards, and a million other things I seem to end up carrying about with me. I am an electrician, often on site, so I needed a stout pouch that things wouldn't fall out of and which wouldn't get in the way when I was climbing ladders and crawling under floors. Patrol Store had not one but a choice of half a dozen. The prices were very keen and delivery was cheap and straight forward. When my pouch arrived (early) I was delighted with it. It completely fitted the bill., was well made and comfortable to wear. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I needed a pair of boots on the hurry up and didn't have time to mess around looking for a company that had them in stock. Sent email to patrol store and received a reply from "Cameron" within 10 minutes!! Boots ordered within a couple of minutes of message!!

I recently bought a pair of magnum cobra boots, I emailed a question and receive a prompt informative phone call, I was kept right up to date with progress telling me the item had been selected the with the courier and telling me when the item would be delivered. The order was placed on by Monday and the boots were delivered by lunch on the Wednesday.
