I saw the cooker advertised on line, I needed to establish the exact shade of colour. The staff at Paul Davies supported me every way they could to enable me to 'see' the cooker without physically travelling 200 miles. Once I purchased the item, they helped me arrange the transportation. They packaged the cooker extremely well, to ensure it was not damaged in transit

We had a washing machine installed by Lee and Craig this week and they did a great job. The kitchen is fairly tight and they managed it no problem, took away the old machine and were in and out in no time. Would highly recommend

Four days after ordering an oven through the Paul Davies website they emailed to say the model I’d ordered was out of stock. Although this was a disappointment, they immediately sourced a near equivalent and ordered that on my behalf. Generally pleased with the level of service and value offered.

Brilliant experience with Paul Davies kitchens from start to finish. Lucy couldn’t do enough for us. She was knowledgeable of oven and microwave we needed and what was suitable. She emailed me with different options. Delivery was fast ordered Tuesday fitted on Thursday. Lee and Greg were friendly and respectful. Fitting wasn’t straightforward but they were determined thank you.

Great selection, honest advice and customer service
Popped in to look at kitchen white goods and left with a new condenser dryer and dishwasher chosen and paid for for delivery in two days.
Sue answered all our questions about timings and sizes and didn't try to get us to buy more expensive machines.

Worked hard to satisfy customer after a…
Worked hard to satisfy customer after a faulty unit delivered. Not Davies fault, it leaned sideways. Unit worked and was satisfactory over Xmas awaiting replacement but the fridge was 2 cm out of square in 186 cm high! Replacement arrived early in Jan and is now satisfactoriltpyinsralled , and it’s square.
