Beware !
Beware !! Website is very misleading if you live in Scotland . When ordering a cooker Sunday 26th October I was given an option to have a delivery date of my choice and an uplift of my old appliance. However once the order went through I was then contacted to say they can’t uplift my cooker as I’m in Scotland . Then on the day I expected my delivery the Wednesday 29th October no details of delivery were given , on contacting the company I was told that the cooker would not be arriving as they can’t give specific dates and that my cooker would not be collected from their warehouse until Friday 31st and my delivery would be the beginning of the following week . I have now been without a cooker 8 days as I had my one uplifted on the Tuesday as I expected the delivery on the Wednesday. The customer service was disappointing they really didn’t try to help , I was offered a refund of £25 as they couldn’t uplift my old cooker . Over all I would highly recommend if you are in Scotland you read or telephone to double check your order delivery dates etc as the website is very misleading.
Let’s hope when the cooker arrives tomorrow 4th November that there are no issues with the appliance !!!
Be vigilant when ordering from this company .

They phoned us 30 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on their way.
Fitting was quick & tidy.
Over the years we have bought several appliances and even a kitchen from Paul Davies.

Fantastic service by Paul Davies
Fabulous workmanship from both Lee and Craig in the delivery and plumbing in of my new dishwasher to taking the old one away. Both guys so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I knew the job wouldn’t be straightforward in view of old rusty fittings and pipework plus an
old leaky appliance. Both guys we’re not fazed at all by the complications and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve all issues. I now have a smart new dishwasher with the correct fittings. Thank you so much to Paul Davies and of course to Lee and Craig. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 100% a five star service!

Don't use for a whole new kitchen!!
I can see from most of the reviews on here that people have just ordered goods from Paul Davies, and not had a whole new kitchen fitted....I'm not going into detail as I have wasted too much time and effort with this, but the communication before, during and afterwards was abysmal...the salesman Tony Carruther totally ignored us once he had the deposit, the kitchen was fitted incorrectly and nobody seemed to care!! Everything was left to me to chase up. Fair play the fitters and tiler were good and reliable, but the store customer service does not exist sadly.
