Really great experience
Washing machine removal and delivery of a new one. Lee and Craig were really polite and very efficient. They took the old machine out, fitted the new one in, double checked it was all working and when it didn't work straight away they problem solved until it was working again (just a trapped water pipe - not a problem with the machine). Thanks to everyone at Paul Davies ☺️

I recently had a new kitchen installed and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The service was outstanding- friendly, professional, and stress-free. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. His suggestions were thoughtful and practical, helping me design a kitchen that was both stylish and functional. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He kept in regular contact, answered all my questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely manageable. His customer service is second to none. The installation itself was well organised. The team arrived promptly each day, worked efficiently, and were always friendly and respectful in my home. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and they took great care in making sure everything was finished to a very high standard. The cupboards are beautifully made and clearly built to last. I can see and feel the quality in every detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new kitchen and if you get the chance to work with Tony, you're in excellent hands. Thanks for transforming my kitchen into a space I truly love.
