Lee and Craig, delivered the new washing 8am. Ordered it at 16.30 the previous day. They were very respectful, pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable with hints and tips about leaving door and draw open to let it dry out. Great service and a fantastic addition to your team. 👍👍👏👏

New integrated kitchen appliance
We initially visited Paul Davies showroom to explore potential purchasie of a new integrated fridge freezer.
Company representative was very helpful and informative which helped our decision to purchase the resultant appliance.
The order was placed and an appointment made for the appliance to be delivered and fitted within 3 days of the order, which duly happened.
The two lads who adapted and fitted the integrated appliance did an excellent job working in less than ideal space and with initial on site access problems
From initial enquiry to fitting and completion was total satisfaction.
From our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending the Company and in particular the representatives both in store and on site.

Excellent service, we were asked if we needed any help as we got in the store, then the assistant took us to where the dishwasher’s were and after asking us what we needed she fully explained the ins and outs of the different machines. We were not rushed at any time.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants good service.

Prior to purchasing our item we visited the Bolton store and the young lady who gave us information was great, not only giving verbal information but also written details enabling us to make an informed decision. When we visited the store to order our item Nicola was very helpful, with a friendly, knowledgeable manner. The two gentlemen who delivered and fitted the item on 02/06/2025 were excellent, very efficient, professional and again displayed a friendly, polite manner. Very pleased all round with the service we have received.
