Great service. Both Craig and Lee had a different space to work in. They also had differculty attaching the water pipe to the washing machine. They managed to adapt the fitting and now I'm a very pleased customer who has a fully working new washing machine.

Excellent service at this showroom and later with delivery and fitting of item bought,
The staff Alan and Nicola in the showroom on Saturday 25th May 2025 were extremely helpful. Alan found an appropriate hob and arranged very quickly for its delivery.
Today Tuesday, 27th May Lee and Craig delivered and fixed the hob which replaced a damaged one. It was on a granite work top but it fitted in no problem. They worked quickly and took the damaged hob away.
I’m really pleased with the service both in store and with Lee and Craig who rang beforehand to say when delivery was to be expected.
I will have no hesitation in buying from this store in future.

Worth the journey across Manchester

I would not suggest to use Paul Davies. Everything was great until the arrival
Everything was great until the arrival. I have specifically paid for my old appliance to be collected. When the new oven arrives, the delivery company informed me that it has not been booked for the old devise to be collected. I gave a call to the staffs yet no help was offered apart from refunding the collection fee and ask me to hire someone else for collection. Now I have to have the old oven in my apartment for another week and I have to pay extra for the collection.

While we did process a refund for the collection fee as soon as we were made aware of the issue, we appreciate that this did not resolve the inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service we aim to provide and we are currently reviewing where the process broke down to prevent this from happening again.

Special thanks to the shop assistant Nicola who assisted us in choosing a washing machine. Much appreciated with next day delivery booked, also a special thanks to Lee and Craig who removed and installed our new machine fits perfectly top blokes no messing washing machine ready to use. From buying to deliver and installation plus removal absolutely 5 stars. Prompt delivery and service. Only place for appliances I think.

This was our second purchase from Paul Davies when we arrived instore Nicola helped us choose the washing machine was best suited to our needs she was very pleasant, professional and well informed we ordered the washing machine Saturday afternoon and it was delivered Monday morning by two very pleasant polite gentlemen who removed the packaging and took it away I am once again very pleased with the service and would definitely choose a small retailer over the larger chains or faceless online stores every time highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
