Excellent customer service. I called a few days before making the purchase to inquiry about an specific product ( Maxi-cosi pebble plus car seat & base ) and spent about 7 minutes on the phone with a very helpful gentleman.
I tried to get my local shop to price-match thee offer from here, but couldn’t find any better for what I was looking for, so I went ahead and bought from Paul Stride. Three days later and my order is completely fulfilled and with me.

Ordered item on line but unfortunately was out of stock and couldn’t get it from the manufacturer. Had an email from Kevin keeping me informed,with choice of alternative product or a refund. Decided to have refund which was duly paid back within 3 days ! Kept informed of this by Kevin.

Next day delivery even with Covid 19
The only place I could find in the UK that had stock of the Bloom insert that I wanted. Slightly cheaper than the RRP and arrived the next day even though I expected there would be delays due to Covid 19. I'd highly recommend.

Great service all round.
I called the store and spoke to Mr Stride himself. He was very helpful and informative. Delivery was very fast and free can’t ask for better than that. The Joie I-level car seat is great although we can’t use it much at the moment😖.
