Having received some advice from Kevin via a Facebook chat, I places an online order over a weekend. Monday morning arrived and I had an email asking when I needed the Pram a couple of very pleasant emails back and forth and I was told I would receive a phone call when the Pram was in to arrange a delivery date but this could be a few weeks away. About a week later I got a call and the Pram was delivered two days later. Excellent service, fantastic communication from the sales and orders team! And the Pram is brilliant too! Can’t fault Paul Stride at all! Thanks for making this an easy purchase during lockdown.

Had a slight fault with one item but both Paul Stride and the manufacturer resolved it really quickly, simply and easily with no fuss or difficulty.
