Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ordered the Oyster 3 online and was told they were on order and would be with us for January. we were a little nervous as this was same time as baby was due. I was kept updated throughout the whole thing and when I emailed to get an update, I got a response straight away. Kevin even went out of his way to personally deliver the different parts of the order to me as they arrived (due to him living close and wouldn’t of expected this) we will be using Paul Stride when little one outgrows his current car seat and anything else we need that they can supply. Very personal service and nice to shop local rather than being a number like you are with some online suppliers. Thanks again, Chris & Anna

Wrongly addressed package
I would have given 5 stars except that the delivery address from FedEx and on the label on the package was wrong. I called the Shop to try to get it changed - checked my details in my account and they were correct - they said they would get in touch with FedEx but still it was delivered to next door. Had this been a small item it wouldn’t have mattered so much but we had to get a heavyweight trolley out of the garage to transport it round to our house! My neighbours are slightly to blame. They should have told the FedEx guy to put it on our doorstep - and we were home at the time.

I am pleased you have brought this to my attention as I personally phoned FedEx that evening and spent over 30 mins on the phone to them over 2 telephone calls. They assured me on the second call (I had to wait for the parcel to be scanned in at the depot) that the address would be changed from No 8 to No 7 as per our conversation. Please accept my apologies for this I will be speaking to FedEx as our shipping partner to find out why this change was not actioned.

Many thanks for your review. Your point is noted about the packing however I must point out that the item was sent in the original packing and that the manufacturer deems the box suitable to protect the goods for transport without alteration. Certainly I have raised this question with them previously and have been advised they have tested several solutions and this option met all the criteria of protection, cost and of course an environmentally friendly solution due to all parts being recyclable.
I am glad the item arrived safely and in good order.

Questions about car seat asked on a Sunday night and got an answer few hours later. Car seat ordered on thuesday night and received, in France, on Thursday! In very good conditions and on a 2h schedule... If French stores could do as well as you, it would be the paradise ! 😊
