Trouble free process
Trouble free process - ordered online in the evening and had confirmation that it was ready to collect shortly after the shop opened the next morning. The seat was carried out to the car for me, and he made sure I knew where the instruction manual etc was for it before I left.

I'm sorry we have not answered the email on the contact form. The message simply stated "ive recently bought 2 face masks, but they barley go over my chin and my partners chin and barely cover the nose" with no other wording, question etc I do apologise for not replying I thought it was a statement. The facemasks have been very popular and we alone have sold over 200 adult models in the last 4 weeks and this is the only negative comment we have received regarding them. They do only come in one adult size and one child size and are great value for money for the quality of the product I'm sorry if they are not to your liking.

Very good and speedy service. Communication was also prompt.
I was only confused whether I'd be getting 2 boxes as I ordered two car seat boosters and they are big and the delivery note with content was inside the box, so a note on order what to expext (i.e. no.of boxes) would be handy.
Anyways, at Paul Stride I found what I was looking for weeks after getting a tip about them from the manufacturer in Germany.
Would highly recommend.

Apologies for the confusion over the number of boxes. The cybex seats come to us boxed in 2's so to save packaging both seats were bundled together (in the same way they come to us) which actually protects the seats better also in transit as it saves excess movement internally. We will take on board your comments and will see how to communicate this to customers going forward.
