We recently decided to replace our 25+ year old oil fired boiler with a new gas fired one. When first approached, Paul advised on the model and rating of the new boiler and a location for it (it couldn't go in the location of the old one due to modern flue requirements) and then provided a competitive quote. On the day of installation, he arrived on time and 5 hours later the new system was up and running, including disposal of the old boiler and a brief tutorial on using the new one. Now, a month after installation, the system is still running perfectly.

Paul Williams has been servicing my boilers for many years, and also used to do Landlord gas safe checks in a property we rented out. He is always reliable, turns up on time and does an excellent job. I have recommended Paul to friends and family, and they have been impressed by his workmanship. I noticed my boiler was playing up at the weekend, messaged Paul and asked if he could look at it Monday morning. I got a text from Paul on Monday morning to check I would be in and when I replied he said he would be on his way to our house. In times of coronavirus Paul was wearing a mask and gloves and I felt as a shielding customer that he was taking PPE and precautions very seriously which came as a relief to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul. He provided a Worcester Bosch boiler and installed it with minimum disruption within a few days of my acceptance of his quote. Very patient in explaining the Hive concept to a technophobe! Thank you Paul.

Replacing a boiler is a major purchase and you need to be sure the supplier you choose is professional, knowledgeable,competent,trustworthy and value for money.

I am happy to report that Paul and his brilliant team are all of that and more. From first contact for getting a quote, nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to answer any queries before during and after the job. The work was carried out on time, and very soon after agreeing the quote. Everything was extremely efficient, professionally done and with care. The went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.
