Paul Williams responded incredibly quickly to our boiler emergency, which happened on a Friday. He came on Saturday to do the survey for installing a new boiler. As soon as the boiler had been delivered on Tuesday, Paul came and worked until 7pm, to get as much as possible done, in order to make sure the job could be finished the following day. I have nothing but praise for Paul and can highly recommend him. Five stars! His craftsmanship is excellent.
