We had an emergency as our hot water cylinder had started leaking. Paul managed to fit us in within 48 hours and one of his team was with us and replaced our tank. What was a fairly scary situation for us was resolved promptly and professionally by Paul and his team. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul Williams Plumbing.

He came out on a bank holiday at a time to suit us.
He was happy to pick up the part we needed at 7AM on the bank holiday to get the job done.
He involved us throughout the fix so we could see what was going on.
And generally he was just a good bloke :)

A year ago this company was set a task of de-commissioning, replacing and re-plumbing an antiquated solid fuel system with a switch to an oil boiler. They explained and tailored a system to suit my individual needs e.g. a garden oil boiler controlled inside by wi-fi because of lack of inside space in my cottage.

They quoted a very reasonable price.

They completed the work including installing oil storage tank (also controlled by indoor wi-fi) and associated ground works i.e. piping and cement bases to all safety regulations.

The whole job amazingly took them less than two days.

They were very friendly, cheerful, tidy and efficient engineers.

I have just had them do my annual boiler service - quick and efficient as before and a reasonable price.

Having tried and tested this new heating for a year, everyone in our home is really, really pleased with it.

I have no hesitation in recommending them.
